Should have taken non Swede and Canadians refs. In Soccer/Football matches that matter no refs are ever from the competing nations.

lol 2 linesmen? linesmen exercise almost no judgement in a game. this game will be viewed from 2384787 HD cameras and any error a linesman makes immediately becomes youtube.com material. if a linesman makes errors in a game they do not get NHL playoff dates, period, end of story. ask Chris Chelios or any other Team USA player if they thought Bill Mcreary was a factor in the 2002 game. let's take a closer look at some of the players produced by the country of Sweden. let's begin with Ulf Samuelsson. regarding Ulf Samuelsson... "his day is coming ..its just a matter of time.. and i want to know who is going to be the hero..."

It's also clear that he's gunning for Gold in the men's Olympic Downhill Trolling. I think he's got a good chance at the medal guys!

Canada has a much better team. Are there any swedish guys that would replace any of the Canadians? Maybe Lundqvist. Other than that, i can think of none. My prediction is that Canada will get their steam going and destroy Sweden. Final score 7 - 2. I've guessed right all tournament long, based on my gut. And everyone knows that gut feeling are waaaay overpowered and should be patched ASAP.

Ulf Samuelsson rang up a huge tab at the NHL Goon Bar ... with dirty hit after dirty hit. Finally, Tie Domi arrived to collect the bill... and not one of Ulf Samuelsson's team mates attempted to intervene. that shows you what they really thought of him. Proud moment for Sweden guys, when its best defensemen is compared to a rape victim by the NHL League office... you think i'm kidding ? you think i'm trolling.... ROLL THAT VIDEO!

Like I said, they will call the game down the middle but why open the officials up to some kind of backlash when they finally hand out a hitting from behind penalty and misconduct to a Swedish player in the gold medal game when all tourney long they have taken absolutely any excuse to hand out just 2 min (In the Swe/Fin game they called a hit from behind holding). Penalty's can also be very judgmental and if they were to call 4 penalties in a row vs Sweden that could look bad on Canada's win. Basically it has less to with a lack of faith in the officials and more to do with making sure their is no possible way to illegitimize one teams win. My prediction is that Canada will lead 3 - 1 then put 1 in the empty net which will result end a end score Canada 4 Sweden 1. Daniel Sedin, Erik Karlsson, and Lundqvist would make team Canada 100%.

Although Canada was really tight yesterday, I think Sweden can be just as tight

Besides the goalie who would have seen it? well when Tie Domi skates around the ice for another 3 minutes you drop the gloves. bottom line is, none of Samuelsson's team mates were willing to fight Tie Domi because they knew Samuelsson had it coming. and if u see the actual incident the goalie pretty much just stands there. Domi stares down every remaining New YOrk Ranger.. and not one of htem , including big tough captain Mark Messier, does a thing.

As for Canadian ref bias... my gosh. Do you watch the NHL or pay attention to where a lot of those refs are from? That is hardly the case and screw Kerry Fraser. I remember when we missed the playoffs by a point and Kerry made 3 incredibly bad calls one game against the team we needed that point. Heck he made 2 really bad calls in another game against the same team. There is a reason why he didn't get to ref the playoffs that season. He was completely off his rocker, but you know what? Bad calls are common no matter what league it's in. They're just calling it from their point of view. Erik Karlsson, and Lundqvist would make team Canada 100% .The Sedins would have a hard time making it, but I could definitely see Karlsson before the injury and Lundqvist making it.

Kinda like Lake Placid? I do understand that it is way easier to disregard rather than acknowledge before a match like this tho
