started training bjj again, just going one or two days a week, learning how to balance weights and bjj. fucking fat in my lower belly just doesnt go T_T
starting to doubt if i had muscle behind the fat.

diet: im used now to the diet (1500 +/- 100 calories).

gym: squat: 160kg, decided to deload to prevent injuries.


week 5 and 6:
77kg... hmmm i have been getting more protein (meat/tuna) maybe because of that i haven lose weight idk T_T
belly fat still there, started to do some ab work once a week (Knee/Hip Raise On Parallel Bars) ... i thought this would be "easy" but i got doms the next day, it really surprised because i do squats every week.

gym: will be deloading DL to 160... yesterday i felt awful with 180. also deloaded bech to 100 from 110.


week 7 -10
76kg - 75 after doing bjj
i got really tired of following a strict diet these las 2 weeks so im probably finishing this challenge now. it was a good attempt but im not happy with the results. i will continue to eat like these 2 past weeks for a month and after that i will try tu cut again. like i said these last 2 weeks i didnt ate 1500aprox like i wanted, i probably was in 1800 so i guess i will aim to stay in that number or near.
i will start adding weight in my SL schedule as for the weight i would check the bjj weights categories and decide where i want to compete and aim to that category, right now it will probably something around 77, i want to get to 75 or 73kg. tis aint over son.

Weight cut hit me a bit (4 kilos, 2 hour weigh in) and a few details I should have checked. That said, VICTORY MOTHERFUCKER!

220/160/260(630kg) at 83, best in my weight class by a mile (100kg or so) and best nationals wilks, got a cup that says "The strongest man" and nothing else. Barely missed a 273 deadlift that tilts me to no end, hopefully I'll get videos today.

Looking forward to some videos.

Does anyone have any tips for diet adherence, other than not sucking at self-control? My diet-days are pretty difficult working in a restaurant (unlimited snacking and great variety). I've tried chewing gum as a reminder to not put shit in my mouth, but it wrecks my jaw.

Just keep trying, I used to be really really terrible at self control, now I'm less terrible about all I got

Try intermittent fasting. Just don't eat anything at work. Could be hard I guess if you work really late.

Uuugh my new life situation is worse than expected, fitness wise

I am working in Greece Mon-Fri. I am leaving home Sunday afternoon and come back Friday nights. So if I take my rest day I basically have to work out in the middle of the night on Friday and Sunday noon before leaving for the airport.

The hotel has a very basic gym, cardio machine and 10kg dumbbells. Not much use. There is one more gym in the area, but from their flyer it looks like a typical commercial gym with lots of cardio machines and zumba classes.
I don't have the time to go anywhere further cause of long working hours.

Also food: People here don't seem to eat. Workdays are 8am to 9pm, and the office basically offers just a snack for lunch. I am starving all afternoon.

Really sucks, didn't expect it to go that badly
