Had my "mock meet" (which was actually just a training sesh) on Friday. Went like this:
Snatch 93/97x/97x - 93 - extra attempts100/102x/102x/102x/102(PR)/104 CJ 115/120/125x - 120 - extra attempts 125x/125x/125x
I had been trying that 102 for a couple of months now, it felt pretty good to finally get it! 125kg CJ wasn't very close, the pulls felt fine but I felt too winded getting out of the hole, missed 2 jerks in front and one behind. Still a PR in repetitions with that weight.
Total of 213kg, 13kg up from my first meet back in november. My training total up to 225kg from 204kg since that. I'm pretty happy with my progress, especially in consistency.
Today:
Press 50x5 55x5x2 60x3 50x5 Squat 100x3x2 110x2 120x2 130x3 140x2 150x2 155x1 160x 160x 130x3 135x3x2 CJ 50x1+2 60x1+2x2 80x1+2x2 90x1+2 95x1+2 100x1+2x2 Clean dl 130x3x2 Random shoulder and bicep dumbbell work
Did this back in my old gym with steel plates lol. Legs already a bit sore, been 2 weeks since I did heavy squats.

Haha all time best squat is 172kg but that was with smolov some months ago. When I first snatched 100 my squat was around 150

You have roughly the same snatch/squat ratio than lu xiaojun, work on your strength bro :p (world record snatch at 176, video online of him easily squatting 260)

Oly lifting seriously since march last year and lifting in general since sometime in 2011. I've fucked around and wasted a lot of time during that period though. Yeah I'm not particularly strong lol gotta get that squat up!

162kg x 1 (squat) 140kg x 3 (Squat) 45kg x 8 (Snatches, perfect form, otherwise doesn't count as rep). 55kg x 2 (Snatch) 85kg x 8 C&J (perfect form too).
Ended up sweaty, tired, but motivated as fuck!

Squat everyday, also, try out the Squat Nemesis program, that shit took my squat from a plateau of 120-130 to 180kg in like a month or two.

Standard is around 60%, mine is around 62%, 66% isn't unreasonable. Really efficient lifters can easily get in the 70's

working on it, will keep snatching/cleaning 2-3 times a week I wanna start oly lifting hard, but it just seems insanse to go at it inmediatately after a meet so I'm going a bit soft on it practicing technique after my recent victory it seems I got a long term deal (sponsorship) with a chiro to see me 2-4 times a month which is incredibly nice (the guy is the best professional I've met) lol at me snatching 130 though (220 * 0,6)

What program are you doing? Is it primarily just focused on the squat? I feel like I'm really struggling to add weight to my squat and my work set is only 195 right now (even though I was doing 225 before)
