Yesterday: Row 4x750 (Total = 11:00, did the last one in 2:30, that was brutal) Deadlift 3x10 @ 115kg Some hang/power CJ work at 60kg Side leg lifts
Bench 5x5 @ 210 - The pressing itself is still fairly easy but it's getting hard to keep my elbows nice and tight. That's good though, can really feel the rotators getting a workout in. Pull ups 8, 6, 6 superset with 3x8 DB Rows @ 70 Then some face pulls and curls

You could say that about pretty much every lift or anything. I benched with pain and limited my volume for months until I developed the proper shoulder flexibility, removed tightness from pecs/lats, and did enough rear delt/upper delt work.
I'm sure some people can't bench, but the vast majority just have a slouched position and unbalanced musculature.

I mean as your default position, that is the correct position for benching: your upper back is rounded and your shoulders are foward. You should aim for the posture of a chinese weightlifter and have enough thoracic flexibility to sustain the bottom position of a squat jerk comfortably.
Got my vids from first day:
150
160, red lighted
162,5 winning lift. Other guy had done 157,5 on his second, he missed 165 after me. (was lighter)

Flat, IPF rules. I stay on the balls and push into my heels when they hand me the bar so I can arch harder.
hey, anyone knows where i could buy a pair of parallettes in Europe online shops? I didnt find much on amazon.de. Ive started a couple of months ago doing some calisthenics indoor (due to the cold weather) and ive advanced enough that i could make a good use of some parallettes.
Today was by far the hardest rowing training I have ever done. Literally rolled over at the end of the last 10 minute interval and drifted out of conscience. Proud I pushed through though; if I'm an RPG character I definately gained +10 mental toughness from this beast.

pre the discussion a couple pages back.... letting people who aren't as extensively trained as celltech attempt this same type of feat is exactly how crossfit got its reputation for being dangerous and giving people Rhabdo.
NMCT you should come with a "dont try this at home" sticker.
