My point was that if you go to adidas.de, they are nowhere to be found. If you go to adidas.com you can't find the PP2 anywhere. Anyway does anyone have a rundown of the difference between adipowers and powerperfect2? | ||

1x5 DL @290 lbs 3x5 Bench Press @140 lbs 3x12, 12, 11 pull ups @bodyweight 3x10 dumbbell flyes @30 lbs Deadlifts felt really good today. Squats felt easier than expected. Bench press didn't feel bad, but I was pretty exhausted and my stomach was really bothering me at the gym today. The pull ups were done with a neutral grip and felt relatively easy for the first set. The second/third set were a bit harder because my callouses/blisters began to hurt, but I got through them without too much trouble. I was really happy with the video of my deadlifts today. My warm ups at 255 were really clean, and at 290 they were much better than I expected. Edit: Does anyone have tips for avoiding back rounding on the last rep or two of deadlifting? My form was actually pretty solid until I hit my 5th rep, when I had a nice crescent shaped spine  The fatigue just sets in and I can't keep myself braced and in a good position. | ||
