Well he still hadn't done it on the court though. We saw his potential and how good his stats were in limited sample last season but he still has yet to really put it all together. With that said, he would be my second pick if I had to start a franchise right now (after Durant/James is too old).

And the second half of this season has put the 3-5 player rankings in flux IMO. We might not know until the end of these playoffs who is right after LBJ and KD.

You can see why they have some of the most efficient/open shots in the league (something not shown in current statistics when just looking at eFG and TS).

I disagree. 1. You can afford to have defensive specialists at the PF/Center position because of the general defensive impact they can have. 2. Interior defense can be handled by committee. See Spurs last playoffs vs Lakers and Grizzlies.

I think the real question is if you can only have one superstar, what position do you want them as? Recent history has suggested that you want that person to be a large guard or small forward.

Except for Embiid's back, those games probably didn't tell scouts anything new, both those players had shortcomings through the season, especially Wiggins.
