Yea that rule is there to promote movement and stop Centers from just tanking under the basket. Of course some still do it and rarely get called for it because the refs dont want to slow the game down. Overall it's helped speed the game up and the NBA is less iso-oriented than the pre 05 era.

Very not sure that he's a star in the NBA. I'd still pick him number 2 overall but he is not a very impressive college player.

I don't think so. Dolan will still have his hands in the pie, and they're still tied up with the terrible Amar'e contract for another season as well as Felton's deal. Oh, and they have no 1st rounder until like 2018. Their situation is just a self-created warzone.

I think I'd pick him 1, higher ceiling. I think Smart is a bit of a tweener and ill suited to the NBA game.

Unless Embiid's spine issue is super serious, I can't imagine any team passing on him at 1. Wiggins' competition for 2 is Jabari Parker and, maybeeeeeee, Dante Exum.

Smart just doesn't look good, and I love Marcus Smart. But you have to hit shots in the NBA man.
