Spain does have world class defenders, at least in their starting line-up.
Pique Ramos Alba Azpiliqueta Arbeloa etc. When you're in the starting line-up of Barcelona/Real Madrid, you are world class.
As for midfielders:

Pedro is a striker, Koke who? Navas is a winger, Alonso is old, Martinez is a sub behind Lahm. Xavi Iniesta aren't the 2010 Xavi Iniesta anymore. I think you're underrating Germany's midfield a lot. Must be because the only German midfielder playing in the PL is Özil who has been slumping lately. You're always overrating players playing in the PL (*cough* Mata *cough*)

Anyway, France vs Holland in Parc des Princes. vd Wiel playing in his own stadium. Robben and van Persie probably not playing though, both are sick :[. Gonna be a very Eredivisie centric line-up.

Dont worry Twisted, ws10 will save Netherlands :D
woooooow Turkey 1-0 Sweden what a pleasing surprise.

Griezmann is going to play for france tonight, not much to look forward to appart from that. Also I believe the game is happening in the Stade de France, not Parc des Princes (must say I hope vdW will have a good game though, he's been great with PSG this season).

We lost after all, missed so many chances and our players looked like they were doing a chore. Koreans look like a nice team.
|
Our U19 national won against turkey, playing with 9 players from 26th minute and being down 0-1, lol. Winner scored in 89th.

When you lose vs Korea in Europe, how do you want to win vs Japan ^^

WHAT IN THE FUCK ARE THESE GOD-AWFUL UNIFORMS THAT GERMANY IS WEARING?!
Ugh. They look awful. We always have such good-looking uniforms, too.
The colors are good but the design is so tacky and...British. Keep that in the Premier League.

wtf??? dark red and black? What kind of bs is this? Ouch, this hurts my eyes...
Guess I have to cheer for the white ones, just trying to pretend Germany would play in white as usual...
|
They were leaked a few weeks ago, I don't find them bad per se, just unusual for Germany.

Well, red/black has always been an alternate "thing" for Germany in general (even though the green has looked better/has more history in soccer). It's just the horizontal stripes that look really bad.

Neymar with the hattrick against South-Africa.

what I don't like about Löw is that he always keeps switching players. ok the defensive mid has tons of injuries, but the offensive mid is all accounted for, you cant tell me Kroos - Götze - Özil is his best lineup...
|
Well I think the trikots don't look as bad as they seemed to be when they were presented first, but that wasnt too hard to achieve.

Löw has absolutely 0% chance of doing things right. If he tries new players, people will complain the way you are doing here, or "why are we playing friendlies anyway if we dont take them seriously", or "he has no trust in his players". If he keeps playing the same players, people will say things like "no plan B", "why are we playing friendlies anyway if we dont try out new players" , "he takes the same players regardless of their current shape" ," he doesnt give a fair chance to non-established players" or " he needlessly risks injuries".
Just watch the media or read some comments after each game, you can see each of those comments depending on which case applies.

Promes and Boetius looking bright so far.

Löw also needs to care less about the media and more about his team.

Hmm I'm not sure that oranje defender didn't clear the ball from the goal with his arm on the Benzema header :p edit: shoulder. That doesn't count as a hand does it?
|
Turkey beat Sweden 2-1 but who cares? Results would've been different if it was a important match, and Ibrahimovic played for only 45 minutes.
30 minutes until Spain vs Italy. Mr. Pirlo will destroy Spains midfield single handedly.
