So this should give the FA even more motivation to improve the U21 Premier League. Not every club has the ability to loan their players to a feeder team in a good league like Chelsea do, and improving the reserve leagues in England would go a long way to giving clubs a place for their players to get game time in a controlled environment. | ||

very bias towards Chelsea.I agree with what your saying though, you have to be careful with what you allow. Hell look at Watford last year, they nearly got promoted with about 10 loan players? from Udinese lol. | ||
