Confirmed since I wasn't even aware there is a game right now, lol.

Arsenal need another striker for them to really be contenders unfortunately, without Giroud there is no attacking point, hopefully Benzema can come in the winter. Pretty crazy that Chelsea's second team includes the likes of Eto'o, Ba, Willian, Mata, KDB, Essien, David Luiz...pretty tongue-in-cheek for Mourinho to complain about congested fixtures when you have that kind of depth lol Park Chu-Young even got to make an appearance for Arsenal! Btw don't get Alex Ferguson's autobiography unless you're a diehard Man Utd fan. The writing is as bad as you would expect from a sports autobiography, and all of the "shocking revelations" are in the news already. I was surprised how limited he thought Van Nistelrooy was, I remembered him as bit more than just a pure poacher. Besides that everything is as expected, Ferguson makes it a point to leave everyone's reputation in tact except the ones he has already publicly criticized. One thing though is the way he thought Mancini didn't understand how to prepare his players to defend a title and thought that his job was finished after the first one. This is probably my favorite quote that I've seen so far: “We had told Robin van Persie and Shinji Kagawa, for example, that I would not be retiring any time soon.” On October 30 2013 04:42 ZapRoffo wrote: Love this http://espnfc.com/blog/_/name/relegationzone/id/1469?cc=5901 Thanks for sharing that, good read. I especially loved this ironic bit at the end: "Last Friday, the FIFA president demonstrated just how omnipotent he feels, strolling into the heart of English institutional life, Oxford University, to taunt his British critics by declaring "There are those who will tell you of the supposed sordid secrets that lie deep in our Bond villain headquarters." Building on that image of Ernst Stavro Blofeld, the evil head of SPECTRE, the administrator continued: "They would have you believe I sit in my office with a sinister grin, gently stroking the chin of an expensive, white Persian cat as my terrible sidekicks scour the earth to force countries to host the World Cup and to hand over all of their money." I like Arsenal and Arsène, but what is he getting nominated for exactly? Same for Vicente. Why not vote for Diego Simeone, who actually won something and put an end to Atletico's losing streak against Madrid. I don't really agree with Wenger being there either, but Arsenal do have the most points in the Premier League in 2013. And they beat Bayern at the Allianz Arena ![]() IMO though they should just stop giving the award out if Heynckes doesn't win it.

Yeah crazy second team, in midfield almost no drop in quality from Sunday. That Bayern game was probably the strangest game I had ever watched, nobody expected Arsenal to put up so much resistance in the Allianz Arena, gave Bayern quite the scare. Still Arsene probably did more than the majority in that list all things considered

He's a class below CR and Messi Edit: Apparently RM is askig for apologies from Blatter for imitating Ronaldo. http://www.zie.nl/video/ingezonden/Blatter-imiteert-Ronaldo/m1mz9q3f9kbm that's funny with RM asking for apologies. how about leonard messi or ibramovich. also my comments to the previous pages; 1: messi >ronaldo, statswise and ingame. but bringing up shooting accuracy or freekick accuracy is really flawed imo. ronaldo is more likely to be up there with no other teammates backing him up, he's a worse dribbler, he shoots from longer distances. especially with the freekicks, I'm suspecting that messi rarely shoots when it's 30 meters away from goal. I think distance shots and headers are basically two of the areas where ronaldo is genuinely better than messi anyway. 2: while I'm guessing top 3 is gonna be messi ronaldo and ribery, (zlatan might be close also!) I would love for lahm to be there. it also kinda just makes sense imo: you can't really argue that any offensive player is on the same level as messi. and if anyone is, then it's ronaldo. and then ribery won titles, but everyone can see that he's not as good as messi, yet they play "similar" positions. (yes I know not identical.) lahm however doesn't have to be compared to messi, because he's an entirely different player. lahm won titles, looked like the best player in the world in his position, and didn't win POTY the previous 4 or whatever many years.

LONDON (AP) -- With his playing career over, former England captain David Beckham has decided his next move: starting a Major League Soccer team in Miami. Since leaving the Los Angeles Galaxy in December, and retiring from the game after a subsequent five-month stint at Paris Saint-Germain, Beckham has been mulling over the location for his MLS franchise. Beckham has now made up his mind and he would pay a discounted rate of $25 million to start an MLS expansion team in Miami, a person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press on Tuesday. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because plans for the team aren't being publicly discussed yet. The option of becoming a team owner was included in the MLS contract Beckham signed when joining the Los Angeles Galaxy in 2007. Source

You like goals, goals, goals, pronounce Milan as Milan rather than Mee-lan, and quite frankly you're not really sure you'd recognise a false nine if one came up and shook you by the hand. You've got some work to do. Start of with a video of the 1991 European Cup final between Red Star Belgrade and Marseille and work from there.

![]() He just isn't adapting to what Mourinho is teaching. You have to work hard as well as be good with the ball, like Oscar If he does this which he looked like he was trying vs Arsenal he will get back into the fold, but he also did switch off on Arsenal's best moment of the game so he would of got told off for that. Mata is learning, again a solid performance from Mata last night in just what Mourinho asks for gives Mourinho another headache. Same for Willian he is learning to defend and is looking good, his touches and passing are sublime. Gives Mourinho a real headache now xD Hazard might find himself on the bench for Newcastle game now.

Yes Lahm definitly deserves it. He has been the best player on his position for years now and hes probably also the most versatile player there is (he can basically play on any position except maybe goalkeeper and centre back but who knows ). But unfortunatly defenders arent usually in the spotlight. On October 30 2013 07:44 Ferrose wrote: Are you a football hipster? http://www.theguardian.com/football/quiz/2013/oct/29/are-you-a-football-hipster + Show Spoiler [My results] + Close but no cigar – YOU'RE A BIT OF A HIPSTER!
