Mixed grip. See recommendations for hook grip often but I have yet to figure it out myself in terms of comfort.

MIxed grip is hell for heavier weights, but using it will do wonders if you plan on ever doing snatches and cleans/jerk. :p.

Hurts like hell the first couple of times, after that, you just feel uncomfortable not doing so ;p.

Mag/Ort is the tits! I'm sure that my DL has gone up in the three weeks i've been doing it, can't wait to test after 12 weeks. Fucking intense though.

Did some strongman shit with a buddy of mine afterwards. Log presses and Atlas stones. One of the strongman guys at the gym taught us how to do stones correctly, I think he was just amused by our efforts and small arms. So basically what I learned is that log press is like doing a clean completely wrong, and atlas stones is like the worst deadlift form ever. Dude was like "you have a nice flat back on deadlifts, now forget all of that shit."

Weighted pull/chin ups workd for me. After 3 sets of those my hands actually hurt from gripping so tightly. I rember my grip failing aroung 80/90 kgs as well, but I just did 105 kg without any problems.

Woke up saturday morniiiing feeling like a shitface and feeling fattyyy..

helped my mum clean the garage and front of the house. DONE.

Went to the gym, did 120kg x 3 x 5, then 140kg x 1 x 3.

Press 60kg x 3 x 5

Retuned home feeling like a total boss. :D

i'm supposed to rest today since i worked out yesterday, but i felt like sweating and did a whole bunch of situps. then walked around in the sun with my shirt off to get some vitamin D lol

First time doing BS in about two months

Didn't feel too bad afterwards, I still remember nearly dying doing 150 kg almost a year ago, and it was so much easier today, and I've done almost no back squats since then :D
