Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x2, 295x1, 285x3 Bench 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x2, 240x3 DL: 135x4, 185x3, 225x2, 280x4x4, 330x2, 380x2, 280x9 Mag/Ort is the tits! I'm sure that my DL has gone up in the three weeks i've been doing it, can't wait to test after 12 weeks. Fucking intense though. Did some strongman shit with a buddy of mine afterwards. Log presses and Atlas stones. One of the strongman guys at the gym taught us how to do stones correctly, I think he was just amused by our efforts and small arms. So basically what I learned is that log press is like doing a clean completely wrong, and atlas stones is like the worst deadlift form ever. Dude was like "you have a nice flat back on deadlifts, now forget all of that shit." EDIT: @ mordek + Show Spoiler + | ||

helped my mum clean the garage and front of the house. DONE. Went to the gym, did 120kg x 3 x 5, then 140kg x 1 x 3. Press 60kg x 3 x 5 Retuned home feeling like a total boss. :D | ||

and yeah, productive days give you the best feeling :D i'm supposed to rest today since i worked out yesterday, but i felt like sweating and did a whole bunch of situps. then walked around in the sun with my shirt off to get some vitamin D lol | ||
