Bench: 45x10, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3x3, 210x5, 210x3 Squats: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 250x5x5 Dips: (bw) 15, 12, 13 So... this morning I tried to do squats, and was thoroughly defeated. I worked my way up to 225 and couldn't even get quarter ROM. Just felt weak and felt a ton of pain in my lower back/glute area when I had weight on my back. So I gave up, moved on to have a shit bench session, said "fuck this shit" and left. Straight up depressing. Came back in the afternoon and had my revenge. Hit all of my reps that I planned to do on squat in the morning, with little drama. Feels good man. Lower back feels fine now, but I'm gonna do some foam rolling anyway cause I feel like I probably need it. | ||

First deadlift session in like 3-4 months, seems RDL+Shrugs have kept most of my strength. My uni got bumper plates and I am still not allowed to drop the bar on deadlift, fuckers. Holding the negative fries my quads more than anything lol. BP: 127kgx3x3, 90x9 DL: 185kgx5, 185x3x7 Curl/Tricep Superset Wanted to do more stuff but I had only an hour an half. God its tilting to be limited by the fucking equipment/rules/bullshit etc. | ||

squat - 135 225 315; 2x365,405, 425, 445, 1x 455, 465, fail 475 a couple times superset press(135 lb) and chin ups 4 sets of 5 pm- Hang clean 50 70 90 110 120 125 130 135 140 Pretty sure that's like a 20kg PR lol 3x60 sec planks and 3x10 reverse hypers w/ 10kg Going to be more diligent about core/accessory/stability work. | ||

I have decided I need to eat a lot more. I'm probably only eating around 2000~kcal a day. I'm gonna try to get it up to at least 2500. 2500 is so much food tho, what the hell. Maybe I should buy some protein shakes as well because I'm not getting enough protein :/ | ||

Add 1000+ of milk and protein shake once or twice in between meals. It's not easy but it's not impossible. | ||

Breakfast: eggs, bacon, milk, oj, yogurt, banana. Lunch: big burrito bowl w/ double meat. Dinner: 3/4 pound of meat, whole avocado, cheese, veggies, milk. Plus random snacking. When i went from 170 to 220 i was putting back ~5-6k a day. Went to the cafeteria 5-6x a day eating as much pasta/meat/peanutbutter/etc and then finishing every meal with 3 glasses of milk (2-4 liters of milk a day). That was brutal on my digestive system hahaha. I can only imagine what steelandmalice eats T_T | ||
