just realized how bad i am at pullups (the ones with the palms facing you) as i havent done them for yeeaars, but i thought id be alot better than i am. Managed 3x15 but the last set was pretty much slowmotion lol. Thought id be able to do it easy peasy, guess ill have to do them more often

I would compete at Ontario StrongMan this year but my pressing is so shitty really needs some serious work, I can get push press 225-5 but can't get 230-1. And my log press is even worse 207-5 and opening max log press for OSM is 300 LOOL. My training partner can circus DB 200lbs and push press 370 so with his help I`m hoping for some big improvements for next year

Workout today was pretty frustrating...

Started off by failing my 5th set of OHP at 40kg, had to move down to 37.5 to finish it off. I guess this isn't so bad since it is an improvement from my last workout (5x5 at 37.5kg) but still I really wanted to get 40 today.

Then I failed my last rep of deadlift at 105kg, which I was able to complete last week. I think it was mainly due to my grip giving out. Any advice on exercises I can incorporate to improve my grip?

On the bright side, my squat was fine, and I did an extended ab workout at the end because I felt like I hadn't accomplished anything today. Oh well, just have to hit it hard next time.
