3x3 bench press @135 lbs 5x5 barbell row @95 lbs 3x8 dumbbell tricep extension (single arm) @25 lbs 2x10 pull ups @BW Felt pretty good about everything but the squat. Missed one rep (sort of, I still came up but I almost lost the bar) and my form was still not great. It's better than it used to be, but I could still use a lot of work. Going to go do more mobility work today, I'll have to go through supple leopard and find some good hip mobility exercises. Maybe Kelly has some good videos on hip mobility too. | ||

Bench 205lb 3x5 pr Deadlift 185lb 1x5 back still good Various assistance stuff. Really happy with bench progress. Slow and steady on the others. | ||

Absolutely crushed the 430, hardest part was not passing out with the bar on my neck lol. First 440 was way too forward and then not enough left for the 440. I want that 200kg FS!!! | ||

I was thinking just doing FS one session BS the next, repeat. Currently the only FS I do is pseudo FS in the form of CJ | ||

If my upper back and rack position are a mess i'm obviously not going to be able to push the FS very hard so i'll do back squat instead. | ||

1x5 conventional DL @265 3x5 pull ups @BW + 30 lbs 2x10 dips @BW Probably gonna spend some time over February break clearing out space to OHP. Also going to spend some time working on mobility, because the hip mobility work seemed to help a bit (I'll post form videos later). | ||

PM - Snatch 70 90 100 120 122 124x 124 126 128 130 132x 120 120 Clean + squat jerk + split jerk up to 120 then clean + split jerk to 150 Tuesday AM - BS 225 315 405 425 445 465 475 485 495x then 3x405 425 445 PM - Quick lift, just snatch doubles up to 110 and clean doubles up to 130 Rugby practice Wednesday -FS 135 225 315 365 385 405 then 3x 315 335 355 Snatch doubles up to 225, Clean and squat jerk + split jerk up to 225 (stupid class was using up all the equipment at my other gym) Thursday AM - BS 225 315 405 435 455 475 495 500x then 3x405 425 2x445 Planks 4 days going heavy and legs feel great still gotta lift + rugby tonight then lift once or twice + high speed treadmil tomorrow should give me like 11 training sessions in 5 days lolz | ||

Bench 210 4,5,2 - Was hoping I'd get the 3x5 but the linear progress train had to slow sometime. Deadlift 195 1x5 - Back still good. Up to 185 bw. The bulk is real. | ||

Also good mornings, KB swings and single leg work for muscle imbalance. Really felt it in my right lumbar region, which is great because that's the weaker side, and in my hamstrings in general which is also great because fuck yeah hamstrings. | ||
