Crazy to think that I only started 2.5 years ago thanks to some kids on a gaming forum and now i'm competing at nationals! Looks like i took 9th place in the 105s and could have taken 4th place in the 94's if i cut down. Congratz!!!!!!!!!! I have stalled at 175lbs (5x5) on the bench two workouts in a row. I should reset, but I am going to try one more time tomorrow and kill it. Going to have hard time reaching my goal of 200lbs 5x5 by the end of August but I am going to try my damnedest to make it happen.

They're alright, but i'll probably take it easy for a week or two and let them recover. Maybe do something after work besides throw things over my head for two hours :p

Myofascial release is kinda hard to screw up. If you've found a spot that hurts you're at the right place and just keep working it. There is some optimization which is why I think Kelly has you start from the outside of the leg in but you can do no wrong as far as I know.

Waiting is what sucks about a Uni gym, when I went in right at the of term when almost everyone had either gone home or was in the library studying and I didn't have to wait for anything. That was a glorious day. I feel worse for the guys who do Olympic lifting, some of them are trying to compete and there are only 2 platforms, which are also the only place to deadlift.
