Off season i'll squat heavy 5 times a week + oly lifting. Currently trying to squat heavy 4-5 times a week and do oly lifts ~2-3 times a week with rugby. My knee is a little tweaked so i've only be squatting around 85% My craziest was when i went 6 days going over 90% in the snatch/clean and jerk and 3-4 of those days maxed out of my squat too. Definitely cant sustain that though fucking brutal on my CNS.

Was refused orthopedic for my arm, she wanted me to keep using ergonomic crap and see if it got any worse. I've even started foamrolling my arm to no avail though so I'll probably just go back in a couple of weeks. Barely play any games these days. Tried some ps3 yesterday and even that hurt after a while. To be honest, finding something to do with my time besides drinking and gaming is probably a good thing.

Get back to me when you figure it out. As of now I've only got "studying." IDK if I've mentioned it here lately, but I'm currently working in emergency medicine, (getting paramedic license) because I can't afford med school atm. Every single day that I'm on an ambulance, or doing clinicals in the ER, I'm just like "thank god I lift, don't smoke, and eat well. I need to get back to strict paleo. Heart Disease is scary. 45 year olds that can't walk on their own are even scarier." The things most of us are doing feel awesome now, and I can't even immagine how I'm going to feel 20 or 30 or 50 years from now. Making health and fitness a priority was probably one of the smartest things I've ever done, personally. Keep it up TLHF.
