Damn straight. Doesn't matter if you're a Bayern fan. We still support a German club putting the beatdown on these Italians/Spaniards.
As for the semi's, I don't see how Bayern isn't the clear favorite. Bayern has depth that, really, no other team has. Furthermore, they have the pure skill to match up against any other roster, and finally, their form has been fucking fantastic going into the semi's. I would be SHOCKED if Bayern doesn't get a Treble this year.

And jesus, by the way... The last game (PSG vs. Barca, 2nd April) was such a referee disaster it made me want to kill myself (Barca favour)
But at least tonight no complete idiotic referee judgement, other than allowing acting classes by the 45kg boys of Barca.
Sorry Im just so fucking mad :D

Barça's favour? How do you watch the games, braille?

Real and Barca have the same 'depth', maybe Real has a bit less but don't forget that you can only change 3 players, so you only need 15-16 world class players and both of these teams got that.
'Shocked'? Do you have football culture at all? Damn arrogance, so funny, will probably end up in a big disappointment for you x) Sure Bayern seems like the 'favourite', but in semi it means nothing. I would love to see them against Barcelona with Robben Ribery to see how much defensive work they'll throw in. I would love to see them playing vs Real/Borussia with 2 games having to be the one dictacting the game and conceding counter attacks

Can you be anything but a smug little bitch? Such a hypocrite. You're the type of person that makes Europeans look incredibly arrogant and insufferable when it comes to this sport.
If you've actually paid attention to how Bayern is playing this campaign, you'd realize how incredible their run is and why many do consider them to have a very good chance of winning. I didn't say, "Everyone else sucks and Bayern is the greatest ever and they have the greatest type of football etc etc etc." I said that Bayern have all the pieces and are in the form to come into the semi's as favorites, and I would be shocked if suddenly screw up now, of all times.
As for depth, we saw today that Barca is really in trouble in terms of defense (their defense has never been great) and that their offense is lackluster without Messi. Dortmund have always had trouble without Lewandowski or without Hummels, and you said it yourself that RM doesn't have quite as much.

You're the one shouting everywhere that german football is 'superior'. Where are the titles? Where are the CLs? Where are the World Cups? Where are the European Cups? These last years, Germany has won absolutely nothing, so you coming here saying things like 'it would be SHOCKING to not see Bayern doing the Treble' is just plain retarded.
Where does this American-complex comes from? I'm just answering to a football fan, not to a country... At least I don't have any hate for a country (borderline racist) like you seem to have for Spain....

Well I would like to see Bayern play with their 5th or 6th CBs x) I don't see how Puyol/Pique is weaker than Boateng/Badstuber or Van Buyten/Dante... And about Messi, well at least we got one exceptional player, something that Bayern doesn't have x)

Well, there is no touré this time :[

I point out that people underestimate German football (as we have seen time and time again). Quote me where I say that German football is superior, aside from just being more entertaining. Spanish fans are the ones that are constantly going on about the "best type of football" and the "best teams ever".
Go ahead, I'll wait.
Can't find it? Oh, that's right. You're making up bullshit.
And you're being an arrogant ass while doing it. If you don't understand the tension between many European vs. American football fans and why comments like yours are pretty insulting, then that's your fault.

as a barcelona fan it's pretty easy to say "what have you won? where are the titles?"
bayern was in 2 championsleague finals in 3 years, dortmund is playing a pretty strong cl season right now (haven't lost a single game), so i'm not really sure why you're talking down german football like it's shit.

Calm down, actually win something before singing We are the Champions...

And who knocked out RM last year? Who did Barca lost to last year? Where has Germany been in the past three Euro/World Cups? No one is saying that Germany is the best, but trying to say that Spain is the best thing in football since sliced bread or that German football sucks is just pathetic.

Questioning my "football culture" is an arrogant, snob-ish and hypocritical (when calling me arrogant) move no matter which way you slice it. It's exactly the thing that contributes to the picture of "arrogant European fans" that many American soccer fans have, where Europeans look down their nose on us just because football isn't the most popular sport here. If you can't realize this, it's similar to telling me that it's ok for you to use the term "wetback" and not having it be an insult to Mexicans, just because you didn't mean it that way. It makes you ignorant to the point of culpability.

calm your tits you 2 for christ sake. willy is barca/spain fanboy and stratos is BvB/german fanboy, just enjoy the goddamn football and stop blindly defending every little thing and enjoy the beautiful game and the intensity it brings.

pretty boring game and colorless display of bayern today. Can someone explain me why they always do low cornerkicks, that get blocked almost everytime. when bayern gets a corner, it rarely means a goal (20 corners against Chelsea last year, no goal, then Chelsea gets one corner -> goal)

Oi Barça has been in CL semis for 6 years in a row now :D Thats an historical record if I heard right.
I'm most afraid of Bayern tbh. Such a beast.

We are not talking down german football. We are just placing it in its place. Below spain that is. Why do you get mad.

You just wrote Dortmund is the easiest semifinal opponent ever lol
Spain is at the top for now, but let's wait and see what happens in the next stages of the tournament ^^
I like to read both Willy's and Stratos' posts, a little bias isn't necessarily bad, but there is no reason to make it personal.
