Squat 1x3 60, 95, 120, 1x1 140, 160, 2-2-2-1-1 175kg BP 1x3 50, 65, 80, 2x1 100kg, 4x3 95kg Chin ups 2x3 +30kg Pull ups 1x3 +25kg Dumbbell BP 3x5 32kg L-Pull ups 3x3 Hardly ate during the weekend, so naturally everything that went fine on Thursday felt crappy today. Hopefully my body will pick up the pace by next Thursday and I'll go into Hanukkah with a new BP and Squat PR. | ||

Press 3x5 70 kg Back squat 3x110, 3x115, 3x120, 3x125, 3x120, 3x115, 3x110, 3x5 107,5 kg Back to my old pressing strength (didn't do presses for a while because it was boring). Will see if I can actually get past the 70 kg for 3x5 this time (I have failed 72,5 a couple of times). | ||

Oly lifting will beat your knees in a different way, it uses a LOT of lower leg flexibility | ||

nothing gave in another college assignment played FTL like an addict quit smoking (again) - 7 days, zero falter trying to nofap coz fapping apparently rapes my energy yesterday: ohp 50kg 6-6-4 ish, plus more. squat up to 60kg 2x10 ish. im squatting again, super wide stance & no shoes, it feels amazing tbh. pullup/pulldowns. (got to gym very late) shoulders still a bit worrying as of late, trying my best not to lie on them but theyre not healing as i assumed they would, plus additional sharp pain at rare times (instead of ache) which is weird. also after/during recent work shifts ive been getting nervous system shooting pain down my ass (and feet?), makes it a bit painful to walk home after work. working in newsagents = standing up for 7.5 hours straight, not good for my back which is still a bit fucked by the way, hurts in car, bus, in bed (before & after sleeping), clicks a lot, just used to it now. but fuck me if i get a shooting nervous pain in ass aswell. just dropped my tuesday shift anyway so only working 16 hours (for now). balls are healed, hands still fucked, using steroid cream. skin is doing great with a new cream i use daily but it makes my face smell like cum to be honest. | ||

edit: oh yeah, did 87.5 squat yesterday, felt great. From here on out I ought to be setting PRs every other day up until I hit 100kg. Arms felt fine afterwards so I did some light benching. Left hurt a bit but no more than it has before when I was only squatting so I'm gonna start easing into that now. Maybe in two or three weeks if it no longer hurts I'll start deadlifting again. | ||
