Congrats on the PRs Risen and Luxae!

Today's workout very short, early in the morning => not good

MP: 52.5kg x 5
DB MP: 18kg x 10, 20kg 8-7

Moving up in the dumbbells, right shoulder is more and more stable.

It has always been shaky since I tore my sternoclavicular ligament many years ago and some other old injuries.

Training keeps it pretty good as long as I'm careful.

So tired... Went for 250 and nailed it. Was hype. Start unloading the weights... was 255. I know I'm good for more if I could just get my back to maintain form. I hold perfect form on the way down and then coming back up my back gives before my legs do.

Squatting every day sucked ass at first, but I'm really enjoying it now. Honestly my back used to hurt a lot more and sometimes my knees ached, but since I started squatting MORE frequently I haven't been dealing with any pain issues.

This has been a good week for Risen lifting.

45lb Pull-ups 5,5,3 disappointed I missed the last two but I know I'll get them all next time
170lb Bench 3x5 no problem
135 Squat 4x10 Kinda going crazy trying to make sure my form is perfect. I might try to get videos tomorrow and just do increasing weight to see where it breaks down. I've noticed if I'm not focused my left knee shoots out.
Did some single leg deadlifts too.

Practicing synchronism to higher weights on the snatch. My technique looks alright up to 60kg now. I am working hard on my thoracic mobility and it feels a lot better. My biggest problem is the transition under the bar and getting tight. I'm too slow at this point.

I will do snatch grip deadlifts later tonight preceded with jumps. I think I will had sets of snatch pulls in between.

My coach told me to lift 4 plates.

So i did.

Back Squat:
bar, 60kg, 120kg, 140kg, 160kg x 1, 180kg x 2 (sup, pr, year goal and everything!)
130kg, 135kg, 140kg, 145kg, 150kg x 3
100kg x 3 x 5 (adding more volume, Broz ftw).

Clean and Jerk: 60kg x 2, 70kg x 2, 75kg x 2, 80kg x 1, 90kg x 1, 100kg x 1 (missed the jerk ).

Tried Squats for the first time today.

Warmed up with just the bar and did 1x10 reps just to see my form and stuff. Then I was like okay this is ezpz no problem. Put 2 35lb plates on, lifted the bar, alright cool I'll just start with this light weight for now.

Went down for my first squat, almost fell over. Lol. It wasn't too heavy or anything, my legs just almost gave out since I didn't know what to expect. Luckily no one was around xD I just stuck with that weight for today and did 4x5. I need to make sure I wear an actual shirt though next time.. I only had on an under shirt (muscle shirt?) and now I have these nice lines across my shoulders and just under my neck from where the bar was resting :\

anyways just thought I'd share that LovE- is entering a whole new world here

Nice one. First step is usually the hardest. Hope you learn to love those squats, you should probably be doing them often

Worked out on the training area and of course I hit 110 like 6 times and then cj 150 twice after 5 hours of sleep and no food. Going to try to get another lift in soon. Got to train with Alex Lee who snatched 130 for a double and cj 170 at 71kg bodyweight. I'll upload the 170 on you tube
