Need to figure out how to improve that. Maybe it will get there by the time I'm going for 380. Edit: fucking mafia alts will be the death of me. This is Risen. The song that helped me get there. + Show Spoiler + Squatting every day sucked ass at first, but I'm really enjoying it now. Honestly my back used to hurt a lot more and sometimes my knees ached, but since I started squatting MORE frequently I haven't been dealing with any pain issues. This has been a good week for Risen lifting. | ||

170lb Bench 3x5 no problem 135 Squat 4x10 Kinda going crazy trying to make sure my form is perfect. I might try to get videos tomorrow and just do increasing weight to see where it breaks down. I've noticed if I'm not focused my left knee shoots out. Did some single leg deadlifts too. | ||

I will do snatch grip deadlifts later tonight preceded with jumps. I think I will had sets of snatch pulls in between. | ||

So i did. Back Squat: bar, 60kg, 120kg, 140kg, 160kg x 1, 180kg x 2 (sup, pr, year goal and everything!) 130kg, 135kg, 140kg, 145kg, 150kg x 3 100kg x 3 x 5 (adding more volume, Broz ftw). Clean and Jerk: 60kg x 2, 70kg x 2, 75kg x 2, 80kg x 1, 90kg x 1, 100kg x 1 (missed the jerk ![]() :D | ||

Warmed up with just the bar and did 1x10 reps just to see my form and stuff. Then I was like okay this is ezpz no problem. Put 2 35lb plates on, lifted the bar, alright cool I'll just start with this light weight for now. Went down for my first squat, almost fell over. Lol. It wasn't too heavy or anything, my legs just almost gave out since I didn't know what to expect. Luckily no one was around xD I just stuck with that weight for today and did 4x5. I need to make sure I wear an actual shirt though next time.. I only had on an under shirt (muscle shirt?) and now I have these nice lines across my shoulders and just under my neck from where the bar was resting :\ anyways just thought I'd share that LovE- is entering a whole new world here ![]() | ||
