+ Show Spoiler + Clean pull + Power clean + clean: 4x3 @ 75% 4x3 @ 80% Snatch push press: 5x3 @ 75% 1 1/4 back squats: 5x5 @ 80% Clean shrugs: 4x6 @ 100% Both the cleans and the squats were really hard. Even though my previous bar placement wasn't overly low, high bar squat is a completely different animal. Form still feels somewhat awkward and sometimes I place the bar in such a way that I pinch a nerve or something and I get pain in my trap and shoulder. Also, got my pair of Romaleos coming soon! Squat 1x3 85, 105, 2x3 125kg Press 1x3 50, 60, 3x1 70kg PR Deadlift 1x1 70, 120, 160, 180kg PR Wasn't feeling well again. Squats felt really heavy, each press rep took like 5 seconds and my grip nearly gave out on the heavy DL rep, but all in all not a bad workout. | ||
