He can definitely get along with messi. That's cause he likes to dribble and build his team's game, he's not a pure scorer. The only thing that worries me is that he may need to hog the ball too much, to stay sharp and make dribbles and run through's. Will he be able to perform with his limited, compared to santos, ball time? If yes, then barca will be a totally different kind of monster next year.

That being said, even though barca signed a guy on the last year of his contract for nearly 30 mil, it seems like they paid less than what i initially thought they would. santos reportedly wanted like 50 mil, which i knew wouldn't happen, but i thought barca would pay close to 40, so i thought they did a good job there. 28 mil isn't enough to get a falcao or cavani, and its very nice to get one of the, no THE brightest prospect in the world right now and who will probably contribute right away. Now, do i think neymar will succeed? who knows, but now that i think about it, i think its kind of wrong for people to doubt him so much because he hasn't played in europe. the brazillian league is actually probably one of the best leagues in the world and could very well compete with european clubs that aren't in the top 4 or 5 leagues. This especially because brazil has actually been able to keep a lot of their stars like damiao, fred, neymar for this long, ganso, and more. Also, you might stereotype that defenders in the brazillian league aren't big and strong like the european defenders and that neymar could struggle because of this, but trust me, the brazillian league guys are very big and strong
