thanks zafrumi! I actually got checked out by a chiropractor and my core is so weak which is causing my hip flexor pain. Thus the reason I turn to my left.

Ffgenerations, you are correct. you can just upload the video to youtube and then you can turn it around.


Also my coach showed me a picture of what the Cubans eat at one of the sports schools he used to work at. It was disgusting, I wonder how they get so strong lol. The picture of the lunch tray consists of a piece of deli meat, white rice, beans, and some kind of dessert.

a) duh cause they're on steroids.

b) arm bend?

c) you don't have a weak core. maybe just not quite strong enough core to hold 2x bw over your head which is fucking a hell of a feat.
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?

Greatest Hangover cure in the world is now and will always be:

Three fast food double cheeseburgers, light ketchup extra mustard extra pickle.
Two Excedrin (acetaminophen, asprin, and caffeine)
Small bag of salt and vinegar chips
Liter of whole fat chocolate milk

I should not be alive this morning. Thanks to the above, I will be squatting heavy ass weights in just a few hours.

ate about 2000+ calories in sushi in about 30minutes yesterday, so fucking good but i kinda regret it afterwards when im looking pregnant for the rest of the day

I lift at a gym and i really do hate it a lot.
1 power rack, 1 squat rack, and probably $10,000s of dollars of useless machinery, and even more cardio equipment.

That an ignorant comment. Generally machines are better than free-weights if your goal is to get large(short term), tone, or just isolate more, which is what most people do at the gym anyways (mine that is). Not to mention safer for the 90% of people at the gym with improper technique. Nobody uses the squat rack here, even though there is only one so I'm fine. I'm not sure how pressed for room your gym is, but if your clean is pretty good you can practice front squats, just take benchpress bar or something. My regular squat is 275lb/285lb and now I can clean 175lb which for front squats is a pretty decent weight for me. And you work even a larger portion of your body.

Toning requires higher reps of very consistent 3-4 second rep motions. For example if you are purely going to tone your quads (most people doing SS/Starr will have big legs but they wont have very good definition). Squats are made quite a bit easier with explosive power and uneven force throughout the lift (you know how from the bottom you push up quickly, then you have almost a freeze halfway up, and then an easy finish). I'm going to have to agree with Release here. Sure, maybe you don't have any problems but for me and probably many others, 1 squat rack and 1 bench rack etc is fucking ridiculous when there's so much of everything else, It's not uncommon for me to wait 20-30 mins to use a rack. I'd way prefer to get rid of some of the crap in the gym and replace it with racks and such.
