Anyway, my schedule is going to be kinda fucked this week, so I won't be able to workout on Thursday. I'm not sure if I should do my press workout today (after having my bench volume day yesterday) so I can have Tuesday off to recover for heavy bench on Wednesday or tomorrow, which means I'll do heavy presses and heavy bench back to back. | ||
