wtf..just did 160 fs 110 snatch and 145cj after drinking from 3pm-3am yesterday (and honestly almost non stop since my last lifting session on wednesday) which is better than any of my lifting earlier this week T_T i dont get it.

Also, this is the aftermatch of "blender night" last night

Gonna go for 207.5kg next week, and whatever comes up during nationals the following.

I got enough chalk for 2 attempts so I'm going for a 235kg deadlift tomorrow.

Haha probably a couple hundred. We basically started a fight club, non stop wrestling matches in the middle of the party for like two hours and I kept tackling random people on my rugby team

Nice fucking lift. Much much better technique than on your previous PRs. Looks very solid

Regarding that continental clean video, does anyone have any idea how much they were trying to lift? The weights are clearly rubber weights which shouldn't be too heavy, but some of the guys looked strong and then struggled with what looks like a light push press, which is why I'm confused.

Most crossfit equipment comes from rogue, and a quick google says that rogue's axle bar is 25 lbs.

After that, those are econ black bumper bumper plates, and by some careful pausing of the vid, you can read that the thin ones are 10 lbs. the first girl in the vid is therefore attempting 105 lbs. We have similar bumper plates at my campus gyms, so I'm just going to assume that the first guy is using a 10 and a 45 - 135 lbs/60kg (~1:15) and the heaviest anyone goes is 155 (~3:40)

@Decaf sounds and looks like the aftermath of most of our sorority mixers, except without the blender. They've gotten much crazier and more frequent this year, as we are suddenly a winning team with 50 members, compared to last year when we were a losing team with only 30 members.

Hit 255 lb on front squat for another 10 lb PR in less than a week. Now my front squat 1RM is at 90% of my back squat.. lol
