Man, that really blows, decaf :/ you gonna keep playing out of school?

Just came back from the greatest CF competition I've ever participated in. 2-man team only competition. My buddy had to work all Friday night and came straight from work to the competition, haha. Needless to say, he didn't do so well Saturday - we placed 14th after the 3rd workout that day. We did however almost make up for it Sunday as we slowly crawled up the rankings and ended up 4th after 7 tough workouts I'll upload a couple of pics from the event today or tomorrow.

So handsome. The pictures remind me that one of my main goals for 2013 is to perform a muscle-up. That is gonna be an epic struggle.
Your arms on the first deadlift-picture just look absolutely incredible. I would probably frame that picture.

I tried to some calf raises (for Gastrocnemius) on a smith machine and noticed it's really easy to get the positioning fucked up and end up with a lot weight on your spine from a bad angle, actually hurt my back a bit there. Calves on the leg press seems like a better option although there's some stuff on the internet saying it's bad as well, but I guess as long as you don't lock out the knees it's fine.

Yeah it's crazy. As I was going through the pictures I was hearing a loud dog barking. I was like "wtf??". Then I realized it was Nazarene's forearms on the picture lol. So fierce!

Was supposed to be back to lifting today (cleared of concussion by doctor yesterday)
Then the university closed because of this damn hurricane, until wednesday. Storms aren't usually still officially called "hurricanes" by the time they get to upstate new york. One of my roommates (who grew up in florida) is just sitting here laughing his ass off while everyone else panics, because it's "only" a category 1.
Gym return postponed until wednesday.

I'd fuck nazarene big time.
Great fucking arms yo. so brutal.
I wonder what your numbers look like, you look incredibly in shape hahaa.

Just got the same response from a friend in Florida.
"Hahahah those are joke storms, we get category 3-5 all the time. It's just that they never reach that far and well, they aren't as prepared as we are."
I wonder what the storm looks like from the top of a skyscrapper in NYC.
Holy shitbricks.
Also, NYC 2012, gogo?
I'm about to book my room on airbnb D:
Edit: I'm also seriously considerin getting a pair of WL shoes, they seem to be the shiznit. :o

She is Saying literally this
You're going for muscle quality not quantity. Can a Olympic weightlifter do a prolonged workout? Can a bodyBuilder run a marathon? Can a marathonist lift 2xBW in bench press? Probably not. But a crossfitter CAN! Wanna go for it?
You can go And bash the bitch on twitter, she IS the same one that says bacon, milk is bad, fruit is bad because it contains sugar, and that intermittent fasting is a lie.

Anyone have a good stretch for pec minor? I'm pretty sure mine are hella tight and it's causing my shoulders to tilt forward. Too much time at a computer

Too much time at a computer I literally read about this last night but I can't remember what was recommended. I believe it was working other shoulder muscles so you weren't relying on pec minor to connect the scapula to the front of your chest. I was going to check after work but found the section online: Pg 57 Stability, Sport, and Performance. I just got this book yesterday and I'm pumped to read through all the tests/exercises.
