Hour and 45 minutes at the gym today - 30 minutes stretching and warmup, 50 minutes of clean and jerk, 25 minutes for front squats and push presses. I nearly failed my last rep of front squats on the last set (8+ second grinder) and I almost passed out during push press. Then I went to rugby. 45 minute tackling practice, 45 minute full contact scrimmage, with extra emphasis on pick and go's and double tackles. Took a knee to the back of the head, vision is still a little swimmy. Closed out with 15 minutes conditioning. Completely drained. I ache everywhere, when I sit down I feel like I'm still moving. Every muscle in my body kinda feels like it's Vibrating. Just goddamn tired, and I fucking love it. Going to recover so hard tomorrow and be ready to do it again on friday, hell yeah!
