@the rest I think I should indeed take a few days off. Like the more numb I get, the faster and harder I go, so lasttime I lasted for thirty-five minutes of missionary pounding and I ended up moving the bed a few meters. Don't worry, the endurance your BouBou has attained won't leave unless you take a week+ amount of break. | ||

Deadlift 130kgx6 (5+) 125kgx10 (3+) Bench press 40kgx15 (5+) 45kgx15 (3+) Squat 65kgx12 (5+) 70kgx12 (3+) Military press 30kgx12 (5+) I lowered my training max on deadlift a little bit after the first week because the reps were a bit low on the repout. My shoulder is also holding up well so I can probably increase bench with 5kg instead of 2.5kg next cycle. | ||

But yeah, my goals are way more retardedly high. Just give it 100%, nail your macros (protein/carb/sex) and take sleep seriously. | ||

I'm pissed about the fact that my squat is basically half my bench. My overhead press is the same. I can lift the same weight over my head as I am able to push up with my legs. Being that weak in the legs sounds like a medical issue to me. Might be it's heavy because I'm just doing them wrong, dunno. Pretty sure I'm doing it right. Gonna attempt to prop my phone up and film myself this time. Oh yeah, also tomorrow is lunges. Always makes my crotch hurt like a guy having sex with his mom. Should probably warm up there too :p Man, friday workout fucking hurts oO. edit: oh yeah, I think I found my current ceiling (kg): Bench: 60x5, 55x6, 50x6 Deadlift: 70x5, 65x6, 60x6 Chins: 100x4, 100x4 (basically two sets of lifting my own fat ass) Pull-ups: 75x4 (machine 1 set, then I hurt my neck) Squats: 40x5, 35x6, 30x6 Overhead press: 40x5, 35x6,30x6 | ||

Also been doing some mobility work to aid in recovery and help with my aches (mostly hip flexor stretch, shoulder dislocated, and some ankle/knee mobility work) lol, smolov being smolov. I had plans on shooting for 225kg but we'll see. Gotta get 200kg first! | ||

esla_sol Age: 23 || Height: 6'1" or 185 cm || Weight: 260 lbs/ 118 kg Starting Date: 01/01/12 || Goal Date: 12/31/12 Weight goals -- Somewhere in the 215-230 range Training goals -- Squat 405x5 (from 275x3x5) Pullups - 15 (from 0) i am only in the 4th month of starting strength but i've seen spectacular gains so far. kind of a misc goal that i have is to figure out a program that really works for me after i am done with SS. ive begun a 16 hour fasting diet since the beginning of the year and have lost a few pounds. most of my lifts have been deloaded though so we will see how it will affect my lifts in the future, however i feel as if i am stronger. i think the squat goal is well attainable, though i am unsure what my progression will be to get there. we will just have to wait and see. the pullups i added as a goal for a few reasons. one is that it incorporates the diet into the goal, since i will need to lower my body fat to do them. another is that it is a training goal for the upper body. and lastly, ive never been able to do 1 in my life, and i think it would be so cool if i could do them. the number 15 is arbitrary, and i would be so proud to be able to do 8, 5, or even 1. thanks again for the thread and the advice you guys give (especially eshlow). i read it everyday and it definitely keeps me motivated. | ||

Suddenly eating protein is easy. Today I ate eggs for breakfast, 400gram cod roe (fish eggs, full of protein) for lunch along with 1½ liters of milk, 500grams of chicken with a little pasta for dinner with some more milk.
