Yay, my gym is rearranging everything, and they bought a real Chin-Up bar. Well, it has a slight bend downwards, but still. Now I just have to pray that they don't do shenanigans with my squat rack. Besides that, my wrist is killing me, I have not done pushing-exercises in one month... I should probably get surgery some time in the future, or this will always be a reoccuring thing

I think jelqing would get your genital more sensitive, also kegels might help with blood circulation around that area. IMO: Quality > Quantity, so yea agree with eshlow.

If I may ask, how old are you? Do you live with her?
The way it seems to work is the more mind-blowing it is, the shorter it will be. You really have to get into it for your mind to be blown, if body language isn't catching on with your girlfriend say "I like that" when she does something you like, I know it's usually the girl that does that, but some women seem to be under the impression that all sex for guys is amazing. Although expect it to last less than 10 minutes if your mind is exploding with emotion like that.
I think what it may be is you're getting bored of it. With my ex girlfriend we usually had sex 3x a week, but she was too nervous to try anything than missionary, and it kind of got stale. Make sure you guys try new things to keep you interested, and I feel like putting some time between sex is important so both of you are genuinely excited for it. But 10x a week man, I'd kill for 3x right now... Me and my girl only see each other around twice a week, and I don't want to make it feel that's the only reason I'm with her, so usually it's once a week for me. =/

wow... nothing looks quite as dumb as three guys standing around a bench for 45 mins doing 20sets of 3-4rep bench+hybrid rows for the spotter. literally from the second rep onwards the spotter was doing half the work.
also some guy was doing squats while cranking his head back to look at the ceiling. im not sure how bad that is but i didnt want to say anything >_<
upside i saw one guy bench 3plates. that has got to be the most beastly thing ive seen at my gym so far.

So I go ahead and figure I'll try smolov, just for the hell of it. I know I'm not at a point where I need such an advanced program, but I figure it's a good way to get used to more intense squatting, and it's a sure way to put on the extra 75 pounds to my squat that I'm aiming for by march. It's also such a manly program that I want to prove to myself I can do it. I've done the introductory two weeks, and I'm on the fourth workout (10x3) of my first week base mesocycle. And what do I do?
I go and give myself a hemorrhoid. Not only can I not fucking squat a heavy weight, I can't climb stairs to my classes or my room, and I can't even really sit down. Shit sucks. I suppose I'll take a week off, do some rows/pullups/curlz, and then get back in to the gym when I feel better... but DAMMIT I'm not going to hit that squat goal by the first of march anymore. Maybe by spring break? Can't go to rugby practice either... and unless it calms down FAST I'm not about to enjoy any of the syllabus week parties that are about to start >_<

The bench thing isn't a bad idea, actually it's very good.
Your muscles must be under maximum pressure to receive maximum stimulation. Normally if you do say 8 reps the first few aren't very difficult and you aren't benefiting from those few reps. But if you start at insane difficulty initially and get assistance you still do the maximum amount of work possible... I see these two power-lifters doing this at my gym all the time for incline dumbbell press, and it seems to be working.

I wasn't here for the new years so I didn't get to post my goals for 2012, here it is:
Body weight goal of 180lb minimum, currently about 140lb.
1. 250lb Bench Press 3x5/1x5 (currently 150lb~) 2. 315lb Squats 3x5 (currently 195lb deloaded from 225 5x5) and 405lb Squats 1x5 3. 120lb~ Overheads 3x5 (currently 100lb) 4. 90lb+ Weighted Pull-ups 3x5 (currently 30lb) 5. 315lb Deadlifts 1x5 (in the past did 245lb then for some reason have trouble doing 135lb, currently at 165lb 1x5 )
Misc goals:
1. Get a GF worthy of me. 2. Make at least 5 girls anytime in the year wet their panties from seeing my physique and confidence. 3. Make TLHF members proud with meeting my goals and progress pics.

Shifted from SS to PP, b/c I really didn't feel like Powercleaning, and wanted to do pullups/chinups but not exert myself beyond standard SS.
Squat: 305lbs - 5-3-3 (forgot shoes, so in socks. Felt good to do it barefoot for a change) OHP: 100lbs - 5-5-5 (oops, I should have done 105!) Pullups: 10
