Decaf is actually as much of a baller on the field as you would expect. No god damn fear, whether he's going against one guy or three, or if they're twice his size. this was not a very "health and fitness" weekend. I spent more money on fast-food and alcohol in two nights than I typically would spend in two months. on the plus side, walking 5-10 miles a day and sleeping on the ground has made my hip, lower back and knee feel awesome. no idea how I came out of a rugby tournament feeling better than I went in to it. Did manage to save enough money to get my shoes, mostly by leaving my debit card out of my wallet. once I get to a real pc, its time to order those adidas shoes! Don't like the Romano volt now that I have an actual look at it. does anyone have a suggestion for a gym bag? I've got too much shit to carry around now to put it in my school bag.

It is not a steroid, but it is very commonly on a banned substance list for sports, which is probably where your confusion is coming from. 'Performance Enhancing Drug' does not mean steroid, it means performance enhancing drug(and is completely arbitrary).

I was surprised at how intense women's handball was, actually impressed and would watch again I loved how they would go in with the ball and the defense just tried to hammer them lol

Since my shoulder has been bothering me, I'm going to take it easy for a while to be fully recovered when I go back to school in September.

Push Press: 80kgx1x15 Pull Ups: 5x5 On my way to the olympics lol, I really wanna learn to clean & jerk for the kicks, at least beat the lightest woman within a year (and beat the lightest man in powerlifting for my next meet aswell). Its still a fucking bitch to transition grip between the two. Really dont wanna bech as my right shoulder keeps aching. Also North korea rolling, capitalist dogs hatin (srsly, wtf, I guess its just a matter of super intestinal fortitude) Edit: At dimsum or someone who knows about oly lifting, why are they missing so many openers? It seems to me many athletes are opening too heavy instead of going for a sure opener, and lifting calmly for 2nd/3rd attempt.

Yeah, I miss eating their full menu, but I have to be more careful with the Crohn's. Avoid the beans, and certain other stuff. Mostly just get rellenos or fajitas now. In other news, my achilles' tendon is a whiny little bitch, raked it across my shin just once with a slightly awkward chamber on a slide side kick tonight (got a little overambitious, shooting for about a 6 foot slide on my non-dominant side) and it was swelling up 10 minutes later. I've had sprains take longer to cause mobility trouble.

From what I have seen so far, it is mostly nerves. Very uncharacteristic performances from a lot of lifters, but some others performed very well under the pressure of the Olympics. Once I watch all the sessions I'll have more to say. I'm just rooting for the Chinese to step it up. My favorite lifter(Zhang Jie) didn't even medal. ![]() On my own lifting, i'm making some good progress. Yesterday I snatched 95kg off blocks and just missed 100kg. Then I cleaned 120 of blocks. today I front squatted 115x5 for a pr then tried 120 and only got 3. Also can only do squat nemesis once a week since I concentrate on different movements on diff days. Hopefully it will work out lol.
