Smolov ain't fun anymore. First 3 sets were ez, then I was in constant pain the whole time for the other 7 sets. Only moment I wasn't was while squatting. Showering was as painful, fucking quads. Squat: 147.5kgx3x10 | ||

Squat 1x5 80, 100, 1x3 120, 1x2 145, 3x1F 165kg - went in the first time, lost my balance after unracking and had to rerack it, 2nd and 3rd time I just couldn't get back up. BP 1x5 40, 50, 60, 1x3 70, 85, 1x1F 100kg, 1x1 100kg, 1x1F 100kg - failed my first attempt, got my second and failed on the 3rd. I was hoping to get a double, but no deal apparently. Chin ups - 1x15 bw Toes to bar hanging leg rises 2x8 I guess I'm being a little greedy, considering I did manage to improve my squat by 20kg and my bench by 15 while cutting, but I still can't help but be a bit disappointed. I guess I'll try again on Thursday and if I don't end up making progress I'll reset my working sets. I just hope I've at least dropped some bw to make the lack of progression worth while. | ||
