I was roughly that light for a long time, and it's not fun. I didn't realize how bad it was for me at the time, because I didn't have anything to compare it to (stopped growing ~16 years old, was 6'4 135 lbs until a few months before I turned 20, when I decided to start lifting) and I've had weak bones and joint problems from medications/endocrine disorders too. I just "grew out of" everything that was wrong with me.I wish you luck and no flare ups in your fight with crohns =(

Did one a few weeks ago, was so much fun. Felt great the entire time, acted like a fool coming into the finish line. Dove into the mud pit under barbed wire and managed to turn over and get my fivefingers shoe caught on the barbed wire xD Tough mudder in September! So been dealing with an SI joint issue, which is what I thought it was, but then thought it might be a disc problem, then got it checked out and it was just a tight/painful SI joint (good thing). Went on vacation and first normal workout back and I had to drop my squat to 80% of where I was ![]() Also, you guys are all awesome.

If I do weight about 120kg to 130kg (As I do) Its no problem, i want to stay on the "heavy class" ![]() Atm my weight are 127kg. Bloody hell. Is that lean or carrying a high bf%? How tall are you? Also, just had the nastiest thing happen to me after the gym. I took BCAA tablets straight after, and about a minute later I burped, and immediately coughed. All this powder came out my mouth and made a cloud in front of my face, and had the worst taste in my mouth. Luckily I was already out of the gym and no one was around.

I guess I'll stick to my bcaa shakes :p Played soccer this weekend for the first time in ages, my calves are tight as bowstrings >_>

Chicken with tomato, an entire half of a butternut squash, bag of frozen berries, whey protein with powdered gelatin, bone broth and 1.5 sweet potatoes. I was supposed to eat 2 sweet potatoes but I was worried I might literally explode if I tried to finish that last half. Yum. Oh, and a fermented pickle just for some probiotics. :D

I just finished week 4, so far it has been a pretty nice work up. But the weeks ahead are looking to be brutal indeed. And I was pretty sure I underestimated my lifts a little if anything.

FS: 90kgx3x6 Good Morning: 125kgx5x5 Wednesday will be back day, Friday will be squat test day. If I can do 152.5kgx5x3 I'll asume my smolov starting 1rep max to be 180kg. Want to gain at least 3kg doing smolov (unlike last time where I kept my weight constant) so it should help surviving it. Off days will be BP + accesory work (tuesday, thursday). So basically gym 6 times a week, but only 1-1.5hours each day. A raw 190kg would be so fucking sick.

I just started week 6 and so far I've missed one deadlift rep (week 5), 2 squat reps and 2 bench reps (both week 6 day 1), all on the last set. Lets get to eating man haha

Lets get to eating man haha Good thing chicken breasts were on sale and I bought 4 packages of 5 skinless boneless breasts for about 27$. Also about 12 cans of tuna on sale, but I think there expensive even on sale. 4 for 5$. Also how do you stay motivated to do rows, they are at the end of the workout, and I find them really boring, and don't find myself caring if they increase or not -_-
