My last post here was like 5 months ago or something, havn't made any progress since then. Actually, I've lost progress. My crohn's has been kicking my ass but I'm not giving up.

I switched to the PHAT workout regime a little while ago so I'm going to see how that goes, I heard good things about it.

Right now I feel happy, I feel really god damn happy right now. I haven't felt happy for a long time. This night I got 3 hours of sleep, the night before that I got 4. A psychiatrist told me I'm in the early stages of a depression. I don't feel like waking up, being awake or going to sleep. I'm graduating in 2 days and I don't feel happy about what I've accomplished, I didn't do shit. My grades are all really good, but they mean nothing to me, I didnt fight for anything.
A girl tore me apart, used me and walked over me. And I let her. I feel fucking destroyed, I've always felt alone, but the last couple of weeks I've felt more alone than ever. I realized yesterday that the said girl is no good for me, no good at all. I feel like giving up on everything. But something just made me feel happy.
within arms reach is my squat rack, on it is 118kg. To most people on this forum its fucking light weight, but not to me. I just squatted it 5 times and my body feels fucking great. My fingers are shaking so hard it's a challenge to write this down. Starting to lift weights it the single best thing that has happened to me. period. It gives meaning. 118kgx5 is fucking nothing to some of you guys, but its 3kg more than what I could lift last week, and thats what matters.

I dont know how I'll get by the next couple of weeks, but I know that one week by know i will be trying 121kg for five. And I am fucking thrilled.

Sorry for the rant, i had to get it out somewhere.

thats fucking awesome man, well done.

nothing makes you feel better than getting a good long nights sleep, you automatically wake up feeling refreshed. if you're struggling with sleeping enough then turn off the computer and give yourself 12 hours time within which to sleep. also make sure you use the toilet 2x before going to bed or you will wake up and have nightmares

Great post KOVU, I think everyone can relate to how it feels to improve your body to lift a weight that would have been impossible before. Doesn't matter if it's 10kg/100kg/300kg, it's about doing something that was impossible before through strength of will and hard work.

PS. I'm jealous as hell, don't put yourself down so much. A lot of people in this thread are working hard just to get to a 100kg squat, they probably just don't post as much =P.

Finished cutting from 95->90kg. For some reason my squat went up 10kg during this, which is probably the best/fastest progress I ever had with squatting. I think it's because I scaled back the volume and added leg press and twice a week back raises to my program. Going to try and keep this up because my squat is still too weak. Bulk mode will be engaged as soon as I'm in Texas in two weeks, megusta...

Haven't lifted for five days and I'm going absolutely insane. Haven't lifted anything worthwhile in over two weeks.

Still not lifting until Thursday. Might be the hardest thing I've ever done.

Had a decent workout today. PRed my squat (1x2 160kg) and my bench (1x3 95kg). Pretty pleased about the bench, the last time I benched 95kg (which was a single I believe) was when I weighed about 15kg extra than what I weigh now, so it's taken me quite a while to work my lift up back to those numbers. If I could get up to 100kg for reps by next month that'll be really really awesome for me, motivation wise.

Im starting smolov the week after next one, I cant stand not squatting heavy and a lot regularly anymore oo. Fuck exams.

Crohn's doesn't count as losing progress. Something about shitting 15 times a day, and bleeding while you do it, losing muscle mass, and severe cramping every time you try to move... well, that's a little different from being lazy.

I am feeling lonely ( Seems that I am only that who focusing to became just stronger in this thread :D )
I personaly doesnt focus any of my bw fat%, lose weight etc. Just pure strength

In 2-3 weeks, i should pull 250kg in deadlift, maybe a bit earlier too who knows

I think there's a lot like that. All I'm bothered about is strength, though I've never had any trouble with weight really, just eat what I like.

I think there's also a few people here who compete so have to cut to get in the right weight bracket.

Trust me, I feel your pain. My weightloss PR, which hopefully remains untouched, is 40 pounds in a month. One of the worst months of my life. 160 down to 120, at 6'2", in 4 weeks. Miserable experience. Then, factor in the completely ridiculous meds, which are all incredibly unhealthy, and most of them either cause excruciating joint pain or weaken your bones, the stupid doses of prednisone and all the shit it does to your mood.

That's not you failing.

Yes maybe, I am not thinking of my own weight.
If I do weight about 120kg to 130kg (As I do) Its no problem, i want to stay on the "heavy class"
Atm my weight are 127kg.

How i can snatch 130kg and still find a way to injure my shoulder confuses me T_T Guess it could have been a lot worse if my shoulders didn't have the strength and flexibility they do now compared to when i separated the fuck out of my other shoulder.
Took a nasty hit on my first play of the tournament yesterday (obv i had just thrown someone to the ground and wasn't ready for the next guy waiting for me -_-). Played 5 more games with a minor AC joint sprain, it's sore as fuck but the pain isn't awful so i'm hoping i'll still be able to get some decent training in this week.
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?
