edit: to elaborate a bit, it will be my first longer bike ride. Currently I do ~50 km over 3-4 hours or so (with breaks) on the weekends occasionally and feel fine that evening/the next day etc., but I expect this ride will take a lot more out of me. Hmmm...

My current goals: 100+ sit/push up in 2 minutes- Need to keep them this high for Navy PRT Sub 8:00 11/2 mile- At about 8:25ish right now 500 yard swim sub 9:30- Don't know where I am because no pool on my base is open yet. Combat side stroke only 25 pull ups- I can hit about 18-20 right now. Terrible galley food mixed with 1500-0030 shifts make my sleep and nutrition hard to optimize. eshlow, I bought your book the other night because I believe doing bodyweight exercises will help me achieve my goals faster, it arrived here today. I tried some of the holds and can do most for about 2-3 seconds except the L sit. I may just be super inflexible, or my arms are just ridiculously short, so I can't put my palms flat on the floor while just sitting on my butt. How would I go about getting to actually do the exercise?

Pulled 315x3 on Friday and I couldn't even do it once today ![]() ![]() ![]() My hips are still kinda bothering me but still I didn't expect to go backwards. I did breakthrough on OHP again after deloading and I did a 1xBW squat widowmaker so not a complete failure today ![]()
