Tried squats today. Had to abort on account of back pains. Tried some chins just to fill the time. Haven't done those in something like 2 months. Beat last PR barely breaking a sweat. Wtf m8? I have not done anything to my biceps in two months...

Snatches rip my left hand up so much its ridiculous. Right hand is perfectly fine though. Taking perfect care of my callouses doesn't matter when my palm has gaping holes in it. I put bag balm on after every workout (because Shankle says so, lol), but I think it's keeping my hands too soft and inhibiting it's ability to strengthen. Sucks ass.
WeMade FOX would be a deadly SC2 team.

How are you gripping the bar? What kind of bar are you using?

I can't say for others but I'm snatching as well as clean and jerking 4 times a week and my hands are fine as long as i grind down my calluses after each session. Something I've discovered is that hang snatches had a higher chance of tearing my calluses off while holding onto the bar as it came down rather than when it went up.

Yeah, I think I'm definitely gripping the bar too hard on snatches. Maybe that is also why I lose a crapton of snatches forward. Got lots of stuff to experiment with~

Imo 220kg (485LB!) DL is way more impressive than 90kg press, still, all your lifts are really good.
