Workout out later in the day is not really an option for me, been there, tried that, I get tired and whiny at the end of the day and I end up skipping :p If I do my workout in the morning it doesn't matter if I have a shit day, it won't make me skip gym. edit: I could try working out at lunch instead... Gonna look into it, see how flexible my job will allow me to be. | ||

Felt good, I was tired as fux, and Coulcn't keep on going, but I'm happy I finally managed to complete a gym session without fucking up myself and feeling numb. yay! ![]() Progressssssssss | ||

I can't imagine weights at that time though, but I've never tried it. | ||

There was a time I worked at 8am, I used to wake up at 5, go running for like 40minutes (10km or so) and then get back and do weights. shit was insane, but I felt awesome for the remainder of the day heh :D | ||

I've been considering it for a while actually. I did some basic reading on RPT today, and I've decided that I'll do RPT just for squats, and just until the end of my cut (which is probably another 6 or so weeks, dropping from 85kg to 82kg). The other exercises I'm not feeling to bad about right now, but I'm really having issues recovering from squats at the moment. | ||

Squat: 2nd set of my 5x5. Crazily enough my 5th set felt better than my 3rd and 4th. Deadlift: Felt like an idiot after first rep when I realized I hadn't put my pants back on but persevered XD Thanks for all your encouragement on a daily basis ![]() | ||
