How long does it take you to get to the gym after you wake up? I think I read that your CNS is fully functional 3-11 hours after waking up so you could try going a bit later if it's an option.

Man today I ate 3 bananas before my workout, then I went at it extra hard. At the end I was so nauseous ooooooh. I felt like I could puke and the vile aftertaste of bananas came back into my mouth. Damn that was disgusting.
That's the 2nd time in a week I've seen someone sig a quote from this GD and I have never witnessed a sig quote happen in my TL history ever before. -Najda

I'm at the gym 15 min after leaving my bed... pretty much for the same reason as Osmoses. Can't blame how your day went and can't use other activities that are always after work as excuses. Nothing else is going on at 6 in the morning. Not sure if it's for the best but it's working for me.

I went to the gym yesterday, good day:

125kg x 3 x 5 Squat (felt so good, I had no problem, and didn't even fluked, a guy came behind me to spot me on my last rep, but I as I saw he was going to "help me", I yelled "ALOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE". Hahahaha, was so fun .

6x2 2x1 PowerClean 65kg. I don't know why I did it this way, I was just too tired after the heavy squats, and didn't wanted to mess around doing 5x3. I know I fucked the program but w/e, did my complete 15 reps .

C&J up to 75kg. x 2. Felt good, I was tired as fux, and Coulcn't keep on going, but I'm happy I finally managed to complete a gym session without fucking up myself and feeling numb. yay! .

I used to enjoy gentleish cardio at that time, especially in the countryside, it's a good start to the day. I can't imagine weights at that time though, but I've never tried it.

There was a time I worked at 8am, I used to wake up at 5, go running for like 40minutes (10km or so) and then get back and do weights. shit was insane, but I felt awesome for the remainder of the day heh :D

The other exercises I'm not feeling to bad about right now, but I'm really having issues recovering from squats at the moment.

All right guys, finally got form check vids! The cause for the occasion is that I surpassed another goal of squatting and deadlifting 225lb ^^

Squat:

2nd set of my 5x5. Crazily enough my 5th set felt better than my 3rd and 4th.

Deadlift:

Felt like an idiot after first rep when I realized I hadn't put my pants back on but persevered XD

bench set and reps with help (75kg but honestly i dont know how much i was lifting there or by how much)
