It seems like I'm almost fully healed btw. The doc said it was a nerve damage that healed after not running at all in january and slowly building up distance the last six weeks. I accidentally ran a halfmarathon at an easy sub 2h pace last weekend and I have no issues with my hip at all.
I tried a really fast and short run today and was surprised about my own speed. The longest segment between trafficlights was about 4km long and I ran it at a steady 4:20 min/km pace without feeling extremely worn out in the end. I'm quite optimistic to reach my goal of running a 10k in under 45 minutes this summer. The 30k hill race in seven weeks shouldn't be too much of an issue. I still need some solid hill workouts though.
