I've been eating white rice daily until I started Paleo, and even then, I'd eat it occasionally as it's so hard to avoid should I eat out. I don't think I'm allergic, but it's kind of hard to tell isn't it? I don't notice too much difference between eating and not eating it. Whether it involves breaking out, difficulty breathing, or severely pissed digestion, your body does not respond well to eating things it's allergic to usually.

I'm pretty fit from playing tennis for 12 years. In addition, I ran 3 times a week and did 2x 1hour of bodyweight exercise a week, before the break. That was 2 months ago. Then I moved away to study, and basically lived of pizza and so on. Because playing tennis is freaking expensive over here, I thought I'd start getting into building muscle/losing the last 2-3kilo fat (I didn't gain any weight in those 2 months, even though I'm not a hardgainer). When I go to the gym 3 times a week, I eat lots of protein in form of milk, turkey hen filet, or chicken those days. But the other 4 days of the week, I don't really move at all, besides going to classes. So, my question is: Should I be eating lots of protein and lots of calories on these 4 days of lazyness, or should I turn my calorie intake down, by eating veggies/fruits?

I eat a half dozen of them a day (at least) and I'm absolutely sick of the taste and texture of them alone. Any alternatives?

I also really like a fried egg on toast since the toast just makes it all better but now I'm gluten free. If anyone has suggestions on a similarly textured companion to my fried eggs I would be indebted

Any alternatives? Mix them with other shit. Not even an omelet, although that works too, but you can just scramble them with veggies too. Mix them with sausage and/or bacon and put it in a tortilla with whatever tickles your fancy out of cheese, salsa, hot sauce, and veggies. Boil them, fry them, scramble them. Egg salad. Deviled eggs.

You can make a breakfast meal with milk, eggs, oatmeal, and peanut butter and microwave for 1 minute.

Any alternatives? Ever try egg in a hole? http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/egg-in-the-hole-recipe/index.html Delicious and looks cool. Me I just like over easy and dipping my toast in the best. (a nice steak with them makes it 100 times better) But yeah scrambling them with any meat and any vegetables and cheese always works yummy.
