Don't have a bar or power rack at home. I just got a mat and the plates. edit: not to mention I have a bulging lumbar disc...

Quick question guys, I am 16 and 70 kilograms and my height is 180 cm. I have already gone from 85 KG to 70 KG but now my tummy is still a bit fat, so what is the best way to burn that fat off besides a diet, what are good excercises cardio, strength?
Also, can I do cardio and lifting in one day? and which one should I begin with first? I also want to build up muscle...

Not sure if this belongs here or in the nutrition thread, but I have a question:
Lately I've been going on late night runs. It's pretty much the only option I have since I work long days that don't end till 9 or 10pm. I've always heard that if you want to lose weight (which is probably my biggest goal) you shouldn't eat after ~7pm because you digestion slows down in preparation for sleep. I've also been told that it's good to eat after exercising to restock on carbs abd proteins your body needs to recover. Those two notions seem to be contradictiory though. What should I do after going on a late night run (or other workout), assuming I'll be going to bed within an hour of coming home?

how much protein should a female 5'4 135lbs (in shape) be having per meal or per day? She thinks that she's not getting enough and she's doing the whole shake/dinner deal and having some with a lame ass salad everyday anyways. 
I told her she's cheating with the shakes, and if she just ate right to begin with she's prob getting enough.
She goes whats the formula for how much I should be having...I have no idea... but it seems like she's being excessive about pills/shakes and other supplement bars etc.

@purecarnagge: I'd say 100-120g per day should be a decent number to shoot for Rules I've seen around are 1g per lb of LBM or your desired LBM but maybe it's different for females

Almost everything I've read says you want 1g combined EPA and DHA/day for heart benefits, more for the joint benefits. Leangains stuff all says 3g/day combined is where you start to get the athletic performance benefit (spread out during the day) but that's annoying to do unless you've got liquid fish oil rather than pills.
