Go beastmode and set a PR. That's how I get mah pump. Although sometimes (read quite often) my body just kinda shuts down after lifting, it takes a lot out of me. I'd just pop a red-bull imo.

One victory I had today was I went to the gym just to play some badminton and they had a big thick climbing rope. Powered straight up it, just arms. Chicks loved it, lots of bicep poking. Pretty sure I couldn't do that before I went to the gym.

Thanks for these tips, I was doing power cleans same way as andy did. That's why stopped doing them this week and wanted to change to pull ups instead. 3th and 4th points were something that I skipped.

You may want to practice cleaning from just the hang position to work on those parts.

I felt those were really educational, Zafrumi linked them here not long ago.

Hit 115 snatch and then had a shitty and a good attempt at 118 but missed both. Missed weight by .7 lols. CJ in about 2 hours should go better.

I just spent the past 30+ hours in bed with food poisoning. Haven't been able to keep down anything solid. I just managed to eat a single cracker, success! I'm curious as to how pathetic my workout on monday is going to be...

People here don't talk enough for what working out will do for your sex! Yesterday, best I've ever had. We came to my house, going to watch a movie, a she was jumping over me after an all of 5 minutes. And what better way to get from the couch to the bedroom, than picking her up (her legs around my waist and fucking while walking to the bedroom . Going for almost an hour and my girlfriend unable to keep her hands off of me. It's also a great feeling of confidence, not having to worry if you are satisfying her, or if she's happy because you know she is. The confidence is great.
Totally pumped to go the the gym today. Such a visible goal to work towards.
On the shitty side, I'm growing some chest hair, doesn't make me happy T__T.
Also, I got my contacts on thursday. Holy shit, if you wear glasses and haven't tried contacts yet, they are amazing! They don't irritate my eyes at all, and work out to be about $200 a year, which is pretty similar to glasses. I feel better in them, more confidence, and well, it really feels like you're looking through your eyes and not glasses with them.
