Humbling experience at the gym today

I was doing my front squats at 80 Kg, and some Japanese dude beside me started doing OHP at 105 Kg in reps of 3s, holy shit.
When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.

Had a nice, quick session today. Squats at 175kg x 3 and 2 singles in the front squat @ 125kg.

Also brought my gf along and showed her the magic of SS.

Thanks for the advice guys. Tried mixed grip today for my working set of DL and it felt really good. I'm currently doing +5kg every 2/3 days for DL because I am doing such light weights I didn't think I needed the whole week recovery time. Should I keep up with this progression just to see how far it will take me? My body seems to be recovering fine, my 125kg today honestly felt lighter than my 120 two days ago.

I think my 5 minute stretch routine 3x daily is really paying off too, my squat is slowly feeling more natural. Man it's nice being a complete noob at something, you get results so quickly .

Soo many bros in the gym just now. All the benches were taken. Even the squat rack had bros all over them! Not worth my time waiting around. I'll just go in the morning (the bros natural enemy) before work.

Hey ive read the SS and im really interested in giving it a try. I'm looking for advice from you guys. I'm 18yrs old, 5'4 and weighs 65kgs or 141lbs. Basically, i think i got the right weight for my height. The problem is there is just too much fat on my belly and my chest(I got man boobs).Should I start doing a SS-based traing?. In fitness, i think exceed an average person?(I dont really know) Just plainly basing it on how many pushups i can do on a set time. Currently, Im lifting dumbbells in my home, doing pushups and runs.

Im currently looking for a good gym to start my SS-based training. Im not really sure if i can do the paleo diet but im gonna try. Can you guys give me advice on what weight should i lift on the gym and also a good program. Im a "Noob" on gym, your advices would really be helpful Thanks in advance guys.

dont do "SS-based training". do SS. period! the program was designed by experts for people like you, so making alterations to it will most likely give you worse results.

if you want to lose fat, eat at maintenance or slightly below your BMR and lift heavy stuff. gl!
