Being high all the time makes it easier to eat like a beast if nothing else.
Feeling like a boss. Getting close to that 2xbw DL (130kg). Went back to SS after doing a program recommended by a guy on Dutch Bodybuilding forums and increased DL steadily in 3 weeks from 90kgx5 to 115kgx5. Aww yeah. Hit bw Bench Press too.
Also did chins with 7.5kg added weight. Feeling good :D
Just dunked a basketball after a full day of class, five sets of squats, deadlifts, clean and jerks, chinups, and an intense ten minute game of one on one. The last time i remember a dunk, it was barely there, completely fresh and i was fifty pounds lighter. This one was well past my wrist into the rim, i am proud.
Had some awful cleans that were more power clean towards the end... lost the one on one... but i certainly won the one thatp maers. Nothing for respect like a solid, standing in place dunk.

Is there a place close by to where you work? Is it feasible for you to have a home gym?
I have been considering this, but the equipment seems really expensive on Amazon, not only the bar but especially the weight. Also the benches for BP seem quite expensive. ATM I am really motivated though so I might be willing to invest the money, any products/sites you would reccomend?
I work like 5 minutes away from where I live so doesn't help me to get closer to any gym's.
Try sites like kijiji and craigslist to see if you can buy second-hand.
So my company forces me to do a physical at the end of the year (most companies in Japan do this), and the questionnaire was fucking terrible:
1) did you gain more than 10 kg since you were 20 (no unfortunately) 2) did you gain more than 3 kg since last year (fuck yes) 3) do you eat more than three meals a day (fuck yes) 4) do you eat after dinner (yes) 5) do you eat two hours before you sleep (sometimes) 6) how often do you drink alcohol and how much do you drink each time (I chose the maximum for both)
After benching sunday I got some pain in the right when twisting it.
Went to the doctor afterwards and turns out strained my wrist, need to RICE it for 5-10 days Guess I will be working a lot on overall flexibility to get rid of my buttwink.
Focus on keeping the abs and lower-back tight during the OHP. I like to do a very slight sway back as I press the weight up and hold my breath during the ascent and exhale during the decent. You might want to lower the weight if you are significantly overarching your back.
On the topic of squats, I've been stuck @ 107.5kg for 5 reps for about 2 weeks. I notice that my knees tend to cave during the last couple of reps. I've been focusing on pushing my knees out, but I was wondering if there is any supplemental exercises that you guys do to complement the low-bar squat? My first thoughts were that my ab/ad-ductors were weak or there was a muscle imbalance between the hams and quads.

Thanks.
Yo noob you're supposed to be way stronger than I am. The hell you doing only squatting an extra 7.5kg? Eat more food.
Personally I was doing plenty of front squats and lower back work a few months ago, and I was seeing good results on my back squat. I squat High Bar though. More recently, I've been doing some sprint work, which is surprisingly also helping a decent amount. How often do you squat?
