2x6 245lb squat, 2x6 (failed at 4 & 3) 265lb squat 3x5 305lb half squats 4x6 160lb leg extensions 4x6 165lb reverse leg extensions
And my shoulder section totally failed today, I failed my 95lb (47.5x2 dumbbell) press, which just sucked (55x2 dumbbell PR). I think it's from the contest I had with my friend last workout where it was who could do more reps with the 65lbs and I got 35 reps; wasn't a good idea I feel. The rest of the shoulder workout went alright but below my PR's. I can feel the gains slowing down quite a bit.
I definitely need to maximize efficiency if I want to be progressing, because before it didn't really matter what you did to get your lifts up. Really hoping to get a nice beach body for my 18th birthday, still 6 months to do that. And I think I'm looking at two more months with my SS variation.

Jupiter (not xJupiter9x sorry man same name :S)
Age: 21 || Height: 5"11 || Weight: 95kg Starting Date: Late Feb / Early march || Training goals -- Finish last few weeks on madcows
I've been training for just over 8 months now.
My first 5 months I did Starting Strength which took my lifts from Squat - 40x5 to 155x5 Bench - 35x5 to 80x5 Deadlift - 45x5 to 155x5
My bodyweight went from 77kgs to 90kgs
(would highly recommend Starting strength. Such a great beginners routine for anyone!!!! I followed it by the book and de-loaded 2 or 3 times on some of the lifts before finally stalling)
The past 11 weeks I've been running madcows 5x5 and my lifts are currently at - Squat - 184kgx5 Bench - 103kgx4 Deadlift - 174kgx5
And my bodyweight is currently 95kg
The last few weeks have been really hard and I'm hoping I can get a few more weeks progression before I stall. (actually failed my bench set today only got 4 reps. first time failing a set in nearly 12 weeks :S).
So my goal at the moment is at least 2 more weeks of madcows!

Madcow is a really good program, I definitely recommend it to others as well.

sJarl you fucking beast. Too bad you did'nt get the second one!
Today was shit, hmm. Been 2 weeks since last I did CP because of competition last weekend. Was supposed to hit 1x2 190 kg, but I just couldn't do it. Dunno how much the tries took out of me, but couldn't lift 180 either (did 1x2 180 last time). Fuck. Did 2x1 170 instead, and they were fucking hard. ;<.
What to do now sJarl? Do 180 next time and try for 190 in 2 weeks??

Ehm, I'm not really sure. I guess you could try that, makes sense
second day of stronglifts. overhead press is harder than i thought. deadlift feels super awkward. might have to look up for info on form in case im fucking up my back.
Now 0-4 on the season in our worse loss yet T_T (59-5). I hate it because i do so fucking much and there's nothing i can do to make our entire team better. I can't physically make every tackle on the field no matter how much i want to. I literally put their team on my back (broke like 4 tackles and carried another guy on my back) to within ~2 meters of scoring, gave the ball to my teammate, and watched it get all fucked up. Late i got the ball within 5 meters again and then just watched as we turned it over. I'm going to fucking kill someone T_T Playing with a mens team in the spring instead of my college because i mentally and physically can't stand playing bad rugby while we get worked over.
Guy i threw on the ground + 5 more people chasing me. Get off me.
Guy ran at me one on one thinking he could burn me. Could hear both stands just go "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH" While i picked this guy up and threw him in the ground. Note it's the same guy from first picture on the ground.
