holy shit widowmakers are hard... did one with 70kg today because my regular squats were abysmal (4-4-2@127.5kg )

it's hard to watch at 2am, especially when none of the games are shown on live TV and I have to hunt around for internet links... But yes, I have been watching games here and there. Definitely exciting.

I'm already dying eating 3k calories a day because I can't drink that much milk. Being lactose intolerant, lactaid pills help but there's a limit when my digestive system craps out on itself (durrr).
It's probably because I haven't gotten much sleep in the last couple of days (6 and 5 hrs respectively). If I didn't count calories, I would only eat 1.5-2k calories a day. Well, I'm not too concerned as long as my lifts keep increasing. I'll get some quality sleep tonight and go lift some heavy shit tomorrow

If not, I guess I'll just have to buy a dozen boxes of pizza lol

God I envy you guys... my body trolls me the other way around And if I don't control my intake, I would probably eat 4k minimum each day... talking about people being different.
