Pyramiding up in weight allows you to warm up and also get a feel for heavier weight gradually, thereby reducing the risk of injury when you go for your heavy sets. | ||

Squat: 102kg Press: 65kg PowerClean: 65kg Chinups: 8-10 (unweighted) - 6-7 (weighted+2.5kg) pullups: 7-8 (unweighted) - 5-6 Weighted Deadlift: 130kg Bench Press: 80kg Front Squat: 80kg. Now, gonna set some goals for myself and to get shit started for reals. Squat: 130kg · Deadlift: 160kg · Bench Press 95-100kg · PowerClean 75kg Body Weight: 72kg · Aimed: 80kg (to stop bulking and cut) Going to add Cleans and Snatches to my workout. Light first, then upping the weights. December 2011 = 75kg, cut, ripped, healthier, and lifting those numbers up there or more. Snatch in the 60kg's wouldn't be bad. GO FUNKIE GO. | ||

185 pendlay row 5-5-5 85pds DB bench Pullups 7-5-5 Felt good yesterday. On my quest of extreme sports you will face many hardships. Last night... Last night... Sister had a rubber yoga ball. I had a metal rod that came off of an old barbell.... So I did what anyone would do. I asked her to pitch it to me so I could hit it like a baseball!!! Yet it did not go quite as planned when the rod bounced off the ball and came straight to my mouth. Well a few stitches later and a tooth through my lip I'm feeling like an asshole. O_O. Ahhahah. ![]() | ||

Afterwards the walks up to the squat rack, adds 80kg's to the bar, squats ass to the ground, slams the bar back unto the rack and tells me 'tu es chouette' which means something like 'you're adorable'. I can't think straight right now, will she crush my penis? | ||

I can't think straight right now, will she crush my penis? Haha, it sounds like a good lifting situation. If you're 80kg at 1.93, I definitely recommend you pack on some weight. I started a year ago at 1.91, 85kg with a squat of 65kg. Bulked up to 97kg and was squatting 117kg for reps, feeling pretty good about moving up in weight too. Then I started getting sick repeatedly and lost nearly ALL my gains -_-. I screwed around with clean bulking for a while and finally realized that I'm never going to squat heavy under 100kg in body weight. Hence my goal of 105kg bodyweight! As for the girl, yes, in my experience if a girl outsquats you, she's going to crush your penis, kill you, and then make a human suit out of your skin. All the more reason to drink your milk, eat like a beast, and get swole :D. Imagine how she'll feel if you go from a 60kg squat to a 130kg squat in a few months. | ||

I don't feel bad that you out squat me at all anymore =p. Finally signed up for gym membership today; fuck yeah time to get huge, since I don't need to rely on my family anymore. @boubou - we're almost EXACTLY the same size, and we started at almost the same squat weight. Make sure you've got your form right, but before I hurt my knees it took me 3 months to go from squatting ~55kg, to squatting 100kg. That's Highbar ATG. Drink your milk, do your squats, get HUGE bro. Then the cute pilates girl is going to be scared of YOU instead. | ||
