Have you tried doing them on your knees? They're still really, really good on your knees, and you can squeeze out a lot more of them. Just put your knees like a bit wider than shoulderwidth apart somewhere soft, drop down slowly, and focus on pushing up with your ARMS, instead of just kind of getting up somehow (aka cheating).re | ||

120 kg/266 lbs = 1.6xBW. Pretty good I guess, but still not completely satisfied. I can feel my 3xdislocated shoulder today, so I probably need to take a little break from benching ![]() Time to get that DL up to 200 kg... | ||
