Managed to do bench for 275x6 today which I was extremely happy about. My workout partner hit 405 on deadlift so it was a good week for both of us I'd say. Also, who has experience with a spray tan, I'm too white and have no time for an actual tan. Spray tan can fail horribly and I wouldn't risk it for my wedding. I guess you could use tanning salons/beds. Don't take too long for the first couple of times and well, with only a week to go there is only so much you can do. I'm quite impressed how you've managed to keep your strength levels high on this diet. @Carson: Impressive lifts. Getting a 100lb increase on your deadlift will be insane. GL&HF ![]() | ||

if you try tanning, use the stand-up machines, start with 3 minutes, then try 5, then 6, and stick with 6 or 7 . imo. idk if accelerator cream is a huge con but i got shouted at into buying it myself. dont think you're meant to go every day, to let the skin fix inbetween | ||

It's possible for it to fail, but even when it's considered "good", you look more orange than tan and it's way too easy to tell. I'd suggest tanning bed instead, as sessions don't particularly take long at all (<10 minute iirc) and you get a good tan on after a couple sessions. | ||

Squat 3x5 62.5kg (+2.5) Bench Press 3x5 40kg (+10) Power Clean 5x3 45kg (+2.5) Chin-ups 7-5-4 And some light deadlift form work Squats are still going up steadily and my bench press should be back to my old level in about 2-3 weeks. Chin-ups are also going well as I started at 4-4-4 last week. Now it's time to get ready to represent TL HF in the subforum tournament! | ||

Finally got my ass back in the gym- didn't do much. Did reps of empty bar squats and then later 95lbs and 135lb squats to see how my knee felt; seems good so far. First day back I did 5-5-5 bodyweight chinups... then yesterday I could only do 4-4-3 with +5lbs -_- Also, being short sucks when you have to jump with a dumbbell between your legs ![]() Then a bunch of accessory exercises and bro curls, and 135lb deadlift. Very angry that dips, bench, and dumbbell bench aggravate my shoulder unless I do useless light weights. I might do a 3x5 SS approach to barbell curls while I'm waiting for my knee and shoulder to get back to 100% for shits and giggles :D | ||

I can't do bench press, press, cleans, rows, pullups are iffy, can't work on snatch... I am basically just doing squats and dealifts | ||
