The issue with bro curls is I keep seeing these scrawny kids curling 50lbs per hand while swinging their whole body behind it I guess that's kind of a compound lift right...
wew started running again after a couple years. smoking has really hurt my stamina but i still get that great feeling for the rest of the/next day. gotta loose the beer gut for the beaches.

My favourite strongman, Misha, going back to oly lifting. Notice how silent he is (very uncharacteristic of him). Figures it is because of his tremendous respect to olympic weightlifting.

Yeah but i find running has actually made me cut back. Not like i have to force myself to cut back just that i dont want one for an hour or so before or after i run because it feels better to breath.
I used to run a lot in high school (cross country) and i can really tell i am no where near keeping up with how i used to be which is motivating me too. I don't feel guilty about smoking tho. Not trying to quit. Just working out to look good naked.

What do you have your stumble interests to get that?
All I ever get is fitness bs websites for the most part. Out of every 50, I might get one good site for lifting.

im using leangains, IE i fast 16 hours and eat in a 8 hour window, i cycle calories during the week, higher carb, high protein, as little fat as possible on workout days and low carb, high protein and moderat fats on my rest days
