Squat 67.5kg 3x5 EZMODO
Bench Press 47.5kg (was only supposed to do 45 >_>) 3x5 DIFFICULT. I got it but the last rep was the worst form you've ever seen. Gonna do 47.5 again next time I do bench press to clean up the form etc. I don't think I'd be able to go up to 50 next time really....
Power Clean 47.5kg (only supposed to do 45 again) NP NP. Might have to work on form because I think on some lifts I'm kinda swinging it instead of going straight up close to the body. Might keep it the same, see how I feel, I should maybe clean up the form because I don't want to start forming bad habits, but the lure of a bodyweight clean is very high so I may just push for it.
Edit: Oh, and I checked my previous workout logs, and 45kg was my previous PR (not 50, as previously thought, I stalled at 47.5 last time) So yay for setting PR's!
