I will volunteer for the lineup, if needed. I've currently mostly been playing the 2v2's, but for this I can invest some time in my 1v1 game as well. I think that I could make master's level with some practice.
I will probably still get stomped though, it sounds like some of those other communities have some strong players.

Did 30km today, feeling great and cant wait for tomorrows nice long workout!!! Weather is good!
Cant feel improvements yet, but it is too much to hope after only 200km-250km of doing it

Well 5/3/1 was a pretty simple book too; it's basically a philosophy (don't be a bitch and lift shit, essentially) and a basic outline that you can tweak to your needs to.

Can I play? I am pretty high masters. If I practice some I am probably a low grandmaster level player.

I dont think anyone disputes this, but beginner gains will last for quite a bit longer at the moment, for me at least

Squat: 157,5kg 5-5-5 Press: 73,5kg 5-5-4 BO-Row: 88,5kg 5-5-5
There really is not too much to say about this workout... I felt fucking week and I was fucking week. Squats were a disaster, felt like 170kg. Press was expected to fail at some point, my PR from last year is 76x5 for only one set, so I am close enough. Rows were ok.
At most 2 more weeks with SS, than I will go on to Texas Method. I can feel that there is not much left with 3x5.

Yeah, don't get me wrong I agree with that but what is wrong with stating to fix your weaknesses already?
For example, I know my hamstrings, glutes, and lower back need work. My quads are dominate along with my back and my chest needs work compared to my triceps.
I dunno, just my own thoughts.

Yeah, just found the information about resetting.
So still do the warmup sets (which I've been slacking on due to not enough time :/) and just keep on trying 45 press until I can get it or 3 tries?
