Press 67,5kgx3x5 BO-Row 82,5kgx3x5 Was a really nice workout today and did not expect to get all reps in, especially on squats. I am kind of amazed how far SS gets me, since my PR from last may is 172kgx5. That's really not too far away anymore after only two months of SS. But to be fair, the volume on Squats during SS is pretty brutal, 9heavy sets of 5 each week. You do less volume with lots of intermediate programs. And my legs have totally adapted to the workload, I am never sore. @Funkie: At your bodyweight, your numbers on the Press are very impressive. | ||

I started off with 1/4th? GOMAD. I had a half gallon every other day (The days I lifted) and the gains were perfect. Then I switched to full GOMAD and my weight shot up with fat haha. I'm just sayin' I wouldn't recommend a full on gallon of whole milk a day to the newbs who come in here, ya know what I mean? @Necrosarius. Pretty sweet, I might bother you to make a personal one :D lol | ||

personally i am on skimmed since its much cheaper here atm (no clue why), and i like how its more watery, easier to drink as for those milk stats you posted....go by the actual stats of the milk you personally buy, coz those seem off to me | ||
